Self exclusion issue with EveryMatrix /Fortune Legends

Thank you for your comment and yes, please feel free to expose your thoughts. A forum is meant for that.

First of all I have managed to SE me from every relevant online casino with MGA license and I wont gamble a single cent any more. Futhermore I welcome every cross company/ malta-wide SE-Register. You wont see me at this forum or at other forums to open any further similar topics in the future. My experince about Casino Secret (lost 55K winnings within a weekend) was a turning point for me. Therefore, this topic should not only refer to me personally but should be considered in general.

Like you said, it is just a feeling of injustice and intransparency, when I receive an email from EveryMatrix (where I was SE) with all my personal details from past until today, but was registered at Fortune Legends.

I'm an advocate of being truthful and reasonable. If in this case that means I'm supportive of FL's side in this then so be it.

Also, consider yourself warned: implying that I am biased towards the casino simply because you don't like what I'm saying is not going to end well for you.

If it comes to a disease like gambling addicition, we should not get lost in the little one and talk about A/THE service provider.

I understand what you are trying to say but ...
If FL uses EM's services then there is good reason to suspect that they should have known about your SE.
If FL does not use those EM services then there is no particular reason why they should have known about your SE.

So yes, it matters very much if they are using A given service provider.
If that service provider is EM and the answer is "yes, they are using EM services" then your criticism of them makes sense and deserves attention.
If not then your criticism is misplaced and misguided.
So far it seems "not" is actual situation we have before us.

In Fortune Legends we do care about the safety of our players and, on top of the self exclusion request via our Customer Support, we also do offer many tools that can be easily reached on each player's account in order to set all kind of limits, self-exclude or set a cool off period.

If you really do care, you cannot use Everymatrix as a service provider and ignores the available information.

Again for FL: You have sent me an document via Everymatrix, in which it is very clear that I have SE myself in the past from online gambling. So FL, what is your problem to take responsible gaming seriös?

The more I think about it the more I have to laugh about this situation. You really have sent me an document which proves that I am SE in the past and you have simply ignored it.....

What is the first thing you think when you receive a document from everymatrix on behalf of FL and this document shows that you already had an SE in the past? Sorry but I cannot sympathize with such Casinos....

Actually, let max investigate it. This casino is if im not wrong, going trough a BFF. So im pretty sure max will do his absolutely best to get the correct facts to solve it.

Best advice I can give you is to just stay away from any gambling sites, forums related to gambling (these can be a trigger to gamble) and focus on getting help for your addiction problem , as clearly you have one. Focus on getting help and get over it. After reading some of your posts - please go save yourself.

Very well laid out the paysafe section here Stacy great work from your team tell me is it possible that Fortune Legends would reverse a Self Excluded client and allow them to play again under any circumstances? Lets say a high roller excluded "accidentally" for example would they receive such treatment?

Have self exclusion on Every Matrix and have an email from them from 2018 Where They say that i am banned and blacklisted all over there brands.
Still i can deposit money on Fortune via moneymatrix and the games are adressed everymatrix.
i am from Sweden and Sweden are restricted on that site
So They have many problems i would say.
