Self exclusion issue with EveryMatrix /Fortune Legends

These threads being started by newbies trying to get their deposits back, is becoming boring.

Actually, let max investigate it. This casino is if im not wrong, going trough a BFF. So im pretty sure max will do his absolutely best to get the correct facts to solve it.
 
Oh Lacoste 2020 you have not asked me for it but here it is. Best advice I can give you is to just stay away from any gambling sites, forums related to gambling (these can be a trigger to gamble) and focus on getting help for your addiction problem , as clearly you have one. Focus on getting help and get over it. After reading some of your posts - please go save yourself.

I just wanted to follow up on maxd's post. In Fortune Legends we do care about the safety of our players and, on top of the self exclusion request via our Customer Support, we also do offer many tools that can be easily reached on each player's account in order to set all kind of limits, self-exclude or set a cool off period.

Very well laid out the paysafe section here Stacy great work from your team tell me is it possible that Fortune Legends would reverse a Self Excluded client and allow them to play again under any circumstances? Lets say a high roller excluded "accidentally" for example would they receive such treatment?

I have the same issue as TS.
Have self exclusion on Every Matrix and have an email from them from 2018 Where They say that i am banned and blacklisted all over there brands.
Still i can deposit money on Fortune via moneymatrix and the games are adressed everymatrix.
i am from Sweden and Sweden are restricted on that site
So They have many problems i would say.
