Question Security Standard Required by Casinos for ID Documents

well maybe got somewhere today, all docs have been cleared. Withdrawal still pending....but have been given date and tieme for release next Wednesday 14-11-2012 at 0132am. It may be a cheques in the mail so to speak as they can quite obviously drag the chain and blame the banks for the next step of receiving into my account.

Gotta love skiny and the image of the middle finger, CT they got the better of me today and when they said something totally outlandish I replied with male cow manure to which I received the pop up reference to my bad language and how it will not be tolerated.

So jury's out till Wednesday will advise in due course.

CT staff prove you cannot put brains in statues.

You said "bullshit?"

You can be banned for that at some casinos.

You said "bullshit?"

You can be banned for that at some casinos.

...especially those that are too hypersensitive.

If they don't like it being said, they shouldn't give out the outlandish excuses that warrant it.

Best save it until AFTER they have paid though.

If they were telling the truth to start with, the OP would STILL be getting told the drivers license does not meet their security standards, not getting an alternative outlandish excuse for something.

Let us judge for ourselves, what was the outlandish thing they said?

Am I Immune?

Hi everyone.
Have been tracking this thread, and have to ask ,Is it because I live in the UK that I dont get these problems with cashouts,
If there are casinos out there that routinely adopt these delaying tactics, why use them cant we all just sin bin them they do seem to be well known, these thresds are full of the same problem time over.
Is it because they are not accredited anywhere themselves,so why are their own security details not failing not withstanding the bona fides of their clients. As a potential player on a new site dont we check them out as throughly as they check us.
I dont want to seem pretentious but I always ask what they want as security and supply all that they require in advance of ever playing on a site, usually requires a cash deposit up front, I dont take "welcome" bonuses(personal thing),wait a few days and cashout. This establishes the audit trail from start to finish,if they are satified then so am I and can begin playing with a large degree of confidence.
In my ignorance of such as Neteller and Moneybookers,I stand to be corrected. If you use one of these e-wallet accounts are your bona fides pre-establshed through them.Do, they in fact handle your financial dealings with casinos as a third party wherein it is their own reputation and security that matters.

Good luck in all your future gambling endeavors....Your going to need it....Grif

What another surprise:rolleyes:

So, the SAME documents that didn't meet their security standards earlier do now, what happened, did you get another driver's license:rolleyes:

At this point, some players would have played the lot back in frustration, and would now be complaining that it was all a trick to get them to do so. You held your nerve, and the casino admitted defeat and shifted to a different tactic.

They did at least achieve one thing, they managed to stall past the magic boundary that let them put the money back in the casino and make you start the 4 day process all over again. Now it seems they are going for the next best slow pay option. Moneybookers would be fine, and they initially agreed to it, but it would be instant, and leave no-one to blame but Moneybookers for any delays. Now they can blame the banks, the post, etc.

Hopefully, by holding your nerve you will eventually get paid. Just resist the temptation to give them another chance to jerk you around.

Oh but alas gotta love the fiery red head. See principle alone stops me playing the money (and don't worry have done so too many times to tell) because I hate to be treated like an idiot and that was their first mistake. To prove the point hell could freeze over and I would not touch it. I do take exception to their strict requirements due to money laundering laws but I have deposited thousands without so much as a reminder that I need to send in the docs. So I can spend my dirty money with them, I just cannot turn it over.

But I do need to take responsibility here and I am to blame with regards to my ID. I know I should send documents in when I create the account or at the very least when I decide I like a casino but I don't like throwing my ID out there unless I need to and I don't need to until I have a withdrawal.

By the way, you guys are awesome, I have sat at this computer almost bashing it senseless at times but your replies gave me strength to persevere and not touch the money. I always say, empathy is a wonderful human trait. You guys instantly made me feel better, you understood my frustration and provided wonderful support. Unlike the CT robots, you did not even suggest I have a go at the Gladiator slot as it cold make my day if I won the jackpot....wtf? I think that was the point that I may have swore at the operator gaining my first chastising for bad language lol.

Casinomeister provides an awesome service, guess what will make a donation when my funds arrive .

Yes Skiny, guilty as charged but after a half hour chat session with a 5 minute delay for every response to me and then after I was obviously quite annoyed it was suggested that I should try whatever slot it was for a chance to win the $1.3M jackpot, come on there is a time to up-sell and a time to omit it from the repertoire and I told them it was a load of it, not dignified, against rules but bloody warranted.

Griff, yes you are right, not accredited but not a rogue until now either for me at least. I was a big fan of WillHill had numerous withdrawals without incident, always in a timely fashion but law changes resulted in no longer available to Australian punters....Ruby Fortune (Microgaming) has been my more recent place to play and they are fantastic - no bs, timely pay, no interaction and that is perfect because if I need to speak to them I will contact them. No pop ups in the middle of play either

Your cries of bullshit were probably justified. This is a PROGRESSIVE slot, and if you took a bonus on the deposit that gave you this withdrawal, play on this game would have provided them with another excuse, this time voiding your winnings for playing a prohibited game.

Even if this was not the case, they are not happy to pay you $5K based on your documents, so why would they be happy to hand over $1.3 MILLION should you actually win it.

Looks very much like another tactic to persuade you to play it all back, as they figure than once you start, like Pringles*, you just can't stop till it's all gone:D

* A crisp based snack that has the slogan "once you start, you just can't stop".

Just wait for your cheque, they will probably send it via Mars:p

Don't blame you email isn't secure.

Only if they don't find something else that doesn't meet their security standards:p
