Rushmore - withdrawal delay

I do not have an account at the BOA, but they are telling me that all wire transfer go to the BOA before it is sent to my bank. They said they suspect that my wire transfer is stuck there and that they can not pay me until they get it back Do you think wire transfer really go there first and if it does they have the tracking number of the wire transfer, so why can't they find out if it is there, or do you think they are just telling me another story. I just find it so hard to believe anything they tell me. When I asked why I was not told this before he would not answer the question and just stopped responding to chat , until the session just ended.

I suspect they are saying that BOA is the last stop for their processor and the wire is transmitted out of a BOA account. As far as not having an update on the status of the wire that is simply bull as a wire doesn't get stuck somewhere it is either processed or returned for some reason or another.

Unless the money was confiscated by their bank. In that case they need to pay you via another processor or method.
 
Update on my wire from 12/11/2011

Vip Support emailed me today that the new processor has sent my wire. Will keep you updated whether received or not.
 
hopefully we will all get our money. i talked to live chat yesterday and was honest with them and told them i have been really patient with this payment delay. they didnt deny that there was problems and so i asked for some type of time frame. i told them that was a fair question to ask. support was coopertative but not percise. she told me that hopefully i would receive my payment in the next few days. i wont hold my breath . guess ill believe it when i see it. they credited me 80 dollars to my account for the delay. i blew it so quick as i didnt want to wrestle with another witdrawl from them.

Please p.m. if you want to reach the VIP rep that helped me. It may be a short window open to get paid so you need to put the pressure to pay on now while the new processor is up and running.

Hopefully they are working to pay all december 2011 wires now.
 
Another Check Coming

Just received an e-mail today from Tara that a check has been sent out, via Fedex, for a withdrawal approved 12/27/11. It will be good if it gets here, however that still means one from 11/24 and 12/1 are still missing. Those are probably part of the WT batches that went missing, and I'm hoping ,if I get in touch with them about those, they don't tell me they have already been paid.

I will update when I receive the check.

They keep telling me that they can't pay me by either a wire transfer or a check because they have not located my funds. I should think that they would just pay me and get this whole mess over with. I was told this amount was at the processor at the beginning of the month, which I highly doubt. I have a bunch of withdrawals that seem to be coming in weird random orders...but yet to have heard anything from the 2 WT from the missing batches. I have no clue as to what is going on.

i got a email today from rushmore telling me my ck would be arriving in 2-3 bussiness days by fed x . i dont know what had happended to my wire transfer either. it was on its way in jan and i never got it. im hoping the check will arrive.
i asked what happended to my wire in the route to my bank but never got a answer.
 
Check Update

Received my check today, 2/24/12, which Tara had e-mailed me about yesterday from my 12/27/12 withdrawal. So approx. 2 month time frame. According to the shipping label it shipped on 2/22/12. So the processor is on point on their end, which makes sense seeing as they are the same as CW processor.

I've still got quite a number to go, but at least I'm seeing a little bit of progress. I'm hoping others are as well.
 
i got my ck today as well. hope those cks keep rolling in for all . now im praying it does not bounce. lol

Believe me, I was worried about that too when I got my first one this year. But then I realized, that the processor, who is very good and legit wouldn't ruin their business or reputation by sending out bad checks. I'm sure they make sure the funds are in their accounts and clear before sending anything out. I've had 3 checks (2 Rushmore, 1 CW) sent this year that have cleared with no problems. :)

My original wire was in the December batch, "the 2 large batches they say they were waiting for update on whereabouts from the old processor". They must have determined that those were never sent or the new processor wouldn't have sent the wire I received.

Now players will be waiting for the "new" processor to reprocess all of those. What a mess.

Sad thing is Chu....some of the people in this thread will go back and deposit because they can't resist a juicy bonus....some even "make a living" out of it :rolleyes:

Of course, these people will probably be back again....just like there are some here who were caught by the last set of delays....and we'll hear all the "poor me" stories again. I have sympathy for newbs who didn't know the history, but the others only have themselves to blame.

After years of being a very patient and loyal player, and depositing and winning/losing this is how I'm treated. (Not to mention the still outstanding payments). I had high hopes that one day they would get everything straightened out and get back on top, but I guess that isn't meant to be. Oh well...who wants to take bets on whether or not I get my outstanding withdrawals? :)
 
I wouldn't take it personally, Cab. I think you will get your outstanding withdrawls, but it is going to take a while I am sure. If it were coming from a reputable casino, then I would be worried.

They have lied to you, still haven't paid you and now they slap you in face AFTER you have been patient with them. Walk away, no RUN away from them. Don't look back, take your money when they decide to pay you and never go back.

It is obvious that they don't give a rats a$$ about their players or their standing here at CM. If I remember correctly, one member here even told them it would be in their best interest to have a rep come here to CM, and they still haven't done so. They have done nothing to expedite anyones withdrawls that are months over due. They will lie and say it is the processor, but I think the money problems this group is facing is deeper than that.

I would tend to think you might have won to much and that is why they have "down graded" your player status. The one thing I would advise you to is to keep pestering them. It should not come as a surprise to you when they tell you it is the processor making the delays. They have told you this before. Keep on them no matter what.

I hope you get all your money soon, and please keep us updated as you get your withdrawls. I have a gut feeling that you will not get all of them at once, so be prepared for a very long wait.

OMG..they sound just like Club Player after my husband won a 6K random jackpot years ago! I wonder if they were bought out by Virtual:rolleyes:

Only difference is he also received a VERY nasty email...needless to say, after he was finally paid he never looked back!

Oh believe me, at this point I honestly find the only thing I can do is just to laugh at the situation. It truly is a slap in the face, because every correspondence I've had with them has been very professional and level headed...and I have been more than patient with them through the years.

I suspect that this was probably for a number of reasons, (haven't deposited since last year, and won a pretty substantial amount on a free bonus the VIP support gave me.) Honestly, I'm pretty good at blackjack, and they could be threatened by the amount I have won and am owed. Its actually a smart move on their part to not allow me to have any more bonuses...but not exactly the best in terms of customer service.

I've already figured out that they can't use the "processor" excuse anymore, because its the same processor CW uses. And I've gotten a number of withdrawals from them in a very timely manner. In fact I'm owed a pretty big amount from Lucky Red, and I suspect I will be paid much quicker than any amount from Rushmore. Guess I'll just have to be loyal to the CW group. :)

Its just really sad, but I will continue to e-mail them regarding my pending withdrawals until I am fully paid...and then I ride off into the sunset. :)

And now the plot thickens...

Just received an e-mail from Tara saying that my withdrawals that were approved from 11/24/11 and 12/1/11 were sent yesterday via Wire Transfer and could take up to 10 business days...blah blah blah...Those were the two approved withdrawals from the "lost/missing" batches that everyone had been a victim of.

Its interesting because I had just yesterday sent VIP and Withdrawals department a very nice professional e-mail asking for an update as to all my pending withdrawals. I like to do that about every 2 weeks, just to let them know I haven't forgotten.

So does that mean everyone who had withdrawals from that time-frame will be getting the same type of news? Each time Tara has told me my payment has been just sent out I have received it, so as long as they really did send it to the processor I should see a WT.

I'm just so curious as to what "upper management" really thinks about me and my winnings. :) I guess it only means 9 more to go.
 
Nobody should deposit at any of the Rushmore casinos until everyone owed is paid and even then not until they consistantly pay ontime for a period of no less than 3 months and maybe then I "might" make a very small deposit to see what happens if I win.

With few places to play, I hope they eventually get things under control.

No problem with depositing but one shouldjust make sure there are no cries of foul play when one doesnt get paid timely. Own risk anyway.

In no way whatsoever did my post urge anyone to depost or did it say I was going to deposit again. By the way, I can report that although I have experienced delays in payment off and on over the past year, I have always been paid eventually. And, several times I have experienced longer payments delays by "accreditated casinos". Therefore, perhaps any casino that doesn't pay within a "pre-established set period of time", should be rouged or not promoted.

I never came here complaining, I only posted what was going on and to support other players waiting for withdrawals by posting the updates I received for casino vip support and finally the date I finally was paid. I also posted so the others would not deposit there.

My intentions of my posts is more than apparent and if you don't have a withdrawal pending, I really don't see why you are so concerned with what those of us that do or did have to say. To each his own. I really don't care what you think anyway.

So I finally received 2 withdrawals today that had been approved on 11/24/11 and 12/1/11. I received it via Wire Transfer, so I know now that all my banking information was correct and I'm able to receive Wires. I hope this means that everyone who were part of the "missing" batch group will finally get their winnings.

I was also informed that they sent another withdrawal via Wire yesterday, from 1/16/12 (I have a good amount approved per week). I'm wondering if they just want to get everything to me that I am owed and be done with me.

I will keep updating, until it is all over and done with but this at least made my day just a bit better.
 
I have read posts on Rushmore's random payments to players and it seems its even harder to get than a random jackpot. I may be wrong but for every player that gets paid there are immediately a host of others claiming they had yet to be paid after months. Its come to a point where the talk from Rushmore is rubbish and one should just sit there and pray to get paid. When one player gets paid many others dont. Check it out yourselves.
 
Apparently I got 2 more Withdrawals today for a total of 4 Withdrawals (Max amt.) in one day. And 1 was approved via WT from the ones that were still pending. It seems that since they sent me that e-mail regarding downgrading my account and not being able to receive bonuses anymore, they have sped up the process. I'm thinking they just want to be done with me and out of their hair for good...

Has anyone been told by Rushmore who have had lost wire transfers that their wire transfer is frozen at the Bank of America. My bank is not the BOA , but they told me that all wire transfers go there before it goes to our banks. They told be that I have to call the BOA and give them the tracking number and ask them to have it released to my bank. Just wondering if anyone one else who have not been paid have been told the same thing.

BOA must be their processors bank and as such rushmore or the processor using the BOA account should be responsible for tracking the funds. If the Bank refused the wire, the funds would have been returned to the bank that sent the wire. They wouldn't hold the funds unless they confiscated the funds. Sounds like a BS excuse.

I contacted Rushmore and Cherry Red several days ago and they re-affirmed that they sent me a check in December. So I'm still waiting. I was reading in this thread about whether or not people will make any more deposits if the Rushmore group paid it's members. It is my opinion the best thing to do is to read what Casinomeister recommends. Until Casinomeister puts the Rushmore group on the accredited list I won't make any deposits.
 
I dont mind repeating myself but every time they tell you something new about a delayed payment its a fresh lie. The fact that a certain player gets paid bears no relevance to whether another gets paid. I dont want to dampen you guys' expectations but the faith and hope is sadly misplaced. The only thing one can do is not to deepen one's losses by depositing no matter how attractive the bonuses may be. Just remember that players are paid like the lottery ie at random and there is no guarantee you will be the next in line.

They sent yoiu a check in December? If you haven't received it by now I would bet it was not sent. You should contact withdrawals and ask they trace the check as it was obviously not sent in December. Over 2 months for a check, really? Atleast nobody is condeming you or other posters for giving their updates. And, of nobody that was and still is waiting for a December withdrawal will likely ever deposit again until their issues are taken care of and they begin paying, consistently ontime.

I hope you get your money. But, I wouldn't count on that check and would demand they follow-up with the processor who sent the check. Normally, if the check isn't received in 30 days they have always reissued the payment. So they are not being truthful IMO. Try emailing VIP support also or call and ask for vip support. This may help.
