rush poker brand new concept of the game

i read about it one day ago its a combination of events that take lighten fast while you play

1 it should kill telephone cheating ,as well as private messaging cheating
as well as chip dump style cheating

2 it should increase rake for the site tremendously

I'm going to get more professional written description then post it below

as far as i know full tilt is the only one that has it

they are top's in the states along with poker stars a bit or at least they were accused of being very non compliant to frivolous player complaints

and what seemed to be less than as transparent as we get from the casino groups

how ever i can agree that there exposure to fraud and cheating [the whole poker industry that is ]

so i believe there motives did out way the spot that they got into a while back

you see its a different climate altogether multi accounting for example puts a cheater in a whole different advantage point than with typical casino play

bottom line for me is that they are ok as much as the best of them

thats my .02 cents

why was your response a baited question ive been around long enough to see one when it appears ,haven't you been seeing the banners all about full tilt poker in and out of the rogue pit right here on this forum

do you play poker if so where ? have you ever played online poker , are you a aff of a poker site?

ive played at poker stars , ftp, Nordic, cake . ub. ab, and countless more
and over a lengthy time i might add
so that makes me an astute player imho and qualifies me to make that statement

Looks like a fast and frantic way to lose a lot of money to me. Gamblers anonymous are gonna be busy in 6 months time.
I think the only people who will really benefit from this are the hardcore grinders chasing rakeback/bonuses. (And FTP of course).

Haven't had a chance to try it until this morning, but I LIKE!!!!!!!

Any game that punishes the morons and benefits the good players is fine with me.

By changing your seat/table every hand gives players the chance to play many more hands in the same time period,at the same time, not allowing your opponents to get any kind of read on your style.

Players like myself who are TAG (tight-aggressive) have a massive advantage over LAGs and the 'all-in-every-hand' morons.

I made enough profit (according to BR Management 101) to leave the table within 20 minutes and had racked up a pile of FPPs to boot.

I see myself playing a LOT more in the near future

Please Roanan don`t take this personal its just my opinion on poker game.

Shouldnt the ultimate goal in poker be reading your opponents weaknesses and exploiting them? I think it should.

Shouldnt skilled poker player be able to determine when to mix his play? I think he should.

Shouldnt skilled poker player be able to establish certain image and pay attention to it so he could exploit it later? I think he should.

Shouldnt skilled poker player be able to calculate pot odds? I think he should.

Shouldnt skilled poker player be able to know which starting hands are worth playing from given position? I think he should.

So, from these 5 skills needed to make someone good poker player Full Tilt, or Rush poker, eliminated most important ones, reading,mixing and exploiting, leaving only pot odds and starting hands/positions which are not that difficult to learn and any newbie to poker can learn them. So everyone plays TAG and wait for their nuts (intentionally used their). What do you get, another bot game or you could call it math game but since everyone is following directions from someone else bot game is more appropriate.

Also, eliminating 3 primary skills from equation Rush poker is actually helping players that are not that good at poker, players that think just because they read some book from Sklansky, Harrington or Brunson(respect to all of them) they are solid poker players. Thats totally wrong! In all of the few books I read about Holdem there is at least one mention of that say "Easy to learn, hard to master". That`s all there is once you learn basics, yes pot odds are basics, playing only one style is basic, understanding the value of position is basic. It is hard to master the game if you`re playing only one style or if you don`t learn to read your opponents. I didn`t bother too much with books and went on learning how to play poker as it should be done, through playing it, those books I did read, I read only because I wanted to check if I am doing something wrong or is it just variance and bad play by others after small downswing which lasted 3 or 4 days (had bigger downswings later don`t worry ), I was a noob then.

Rush poker is there for several reasons and one of them is that Full Tilt really needed something to be different from Pokerstars, specially after that fiasco they had with record breaking tournament.
You won`t see this happening on Rush poker ever. You must have seen it too many times but this summarize what I am talking about

undisclosed ,i believe in there terms that they inform that they do use computer scraping for starters

in the states they are the largest advertiser ive seen promoting the televised turnys with the whole entourage of there pro's

the get rebuffed in there forum a lot from multi accounts that get caught by them and they seize there ill gotten money and return it to players that have been duped by the cheats

they have a direct forum attached to the lobby and its active as hell
if you join and observe the going on's the topic's and the policeing banning of bad users you will get a good read on the pulse of whats going on

ive been controversial there and i have a thread called cashapillar thats seen some investor [in me from my friends ] for fun we had lot of laughs
and i dont think any one lost alot of break evens id return there money as soon as i got a matching win to the investors shares its long but go see

Linkinfart you pretty much nailed this bullshit down, which could only be nothing more then a ridiculous way for a site to expedite its rake.

Anyone that thinks this concept is a winning formula, should probably stick to slot machines.

Being successful playing online poker is much harder then live as it is. (at least for most players) This concept defies every aspect of what a true poker game is based on.

Any pro that promotes this shit is obviously just about the money perks.
