This is the transcript from today. I have played with them many times and today they didn't care about me at all. I knew the bonus terms but I wanted to ask a question and then Lucy was the rudest person I have ever talked with. She took FOREVER to answer me and then tells me the promo has ended??? I texted her within 2 minutes of me completing the promo. I will not play here again and I play online every night.

I've gone through this type of chat at least twice at different rivals. At one point, the rep told me to deposit 25 immediately, then when I questioned her again, she said to wait until the timed promo ran out.

The rival casinos in general don't know how to run or explain these things correctly. I can see why you didn't want to deposit 25 when the balance showed zero. Are they so powerless that no one can manually credit a $100 bonus?

See, regardless of who you feel is correct here (and though I like to side with members here, I suppose an argument could be made in favor of Ruby), this is precisely why I don't take ND chips all that seriously - hidden terms, fine print, yadda yadda. 3Dice is about the best US-facing site with easy terms and low WR's. Figuring out the terms on Rival's bonuses are sometimes like solving Rubik's Cube. I rarely take a bonus anymore on Rival, and I've cut down my play considerably on any Rival, as a result (and also, in part due to Rival's loss of accreditation here).

FYI, using the Casinomeister name to coerce casino support staff is NOT kosher.

Please don't do this sort of thing: it usually doesn't get you want you want and it definitely harms us all in the long run.

What you describe in your post sounds exactly like an MG casino "free-play" offer - I didn't think any Rival casinos except Spin Time & Tradition ran this type of offer...

Anyway, in the excerpt I quoted above you say you had $300 left at the end of WR - that's not enough!
In order to claim on these promos you need to make profit; i.e. you need to finish with more than you started with.
In this case, you would need to get to at least $600 in order to claim your $100 bonus.
So what happened is correct... unless this is a new type of bonus I haven't seen before.
Do you have a copy of the T&Cs?

No, what I was saying is that I had a $300 profit after the play time, however they would only allow you to claim up to $100 (after the play time). Anyway, it doesn't matter, I can live without their $100, I was just irritated at the time.

I'm sorry if this is what it "seemed" that I was trying to do, however, I was not trying to coerce the casino into anything. What I was trying to clarify to them is that I respect the casinomeister website and since they are an accredited casino, I felt it was important to let them know that when they do not do people right, it is a reflection on their integrity.
Anyway, I do agree with you, perhaps I should not have involved casinomeister in my conversation. It was not done in any harm, and it won't happen again. Thank you for correcting me. =)

I do understand the frustration of feeling ripped off, but as a matter of beeing rude, I though u were the one beeing rude.
I am not saying that what they did was correct but I did not get the feeling that she was rude... maybe its because english is not my main language!

You are correct, I was being rather harsh. I am a blunt and to the point type of person, however when I get frustrated I ramble, and it sometimes comes out harsher than it should. :( I am going to be a doctor of forensic psychology and sometimes we have to be "too harsh".
