Slotocash took my money!

I deposited with a bonus, and played at $5.00 per spin until I completed play through requirements. Then I upped my bet to $12.50 and was winning, accumulating just over $11K. Requested to withdraw $3K and after a few days they informed me that my payout was declined and took all of the money I still had. They left me $36., the amount of my original deposit. They say I played the higher bet before I reached play through but that is simply not true.
It’s extra weird because I haven’t changed my playing habits at all, but was winning good so I wasn’t depositing as much so they removed my vip status the week before. I don’t know what’s going on but a long time customer is lost to them.
