RTG Comp points.

If you want us to actually 'take sides' or even be able to judge if they closed your account based on the chat transcripts you posted here in regards to questioning them about the comp system, well, we can't. We don't have the whole picture.

It's pretty much like someone coming onto the forum and claiming some casino's blackjack is rigged, because they lost 30 out of 35 hands....but yet, they're not letting us know that right before and after that run, they won 50 out of 55 hands. :rolleyes:

Get my drift?

We are going to put up a system for non-bonus players that will be very generous, thanks for pointing this out! We will improve thanks to you!

Skiny, maybe there is a misunderstanding, but it seems you keep taking things out of context. We have a commitment to honesty and privacy, so we won't post the full chat transcripts and PMs but I can say that what is posted is only a tiny fraction of all the chats/PMs. The important part of that particular bit of conversation that you have made public, and the part that was clearly not out of context is;

There could be much more to this but from the text alone it would either seem that the decision for closing Skiny's account was already taken before this chat or this was simply the last straw and the casino couldnt take it any more leading to the spontaneous decision. In hindsight, the decision to close the account might have been handled better ie in an email to Skiny outlining in greater detail how the casino was being harassed and the pressure their staff were feeling.

I'm sure I've spoken negatively on occasion in private because... well, because I gotta be me. But I've given them a thouand times the praise in private and public and have gone out of my way to bring them new clients and help them with other issues...
So there are more communications that haven't been shared with the forum members. Skiny, is it worth it? Just let it go.

As I told you via PM, and as Sam told you, and everyone else you have contacted here has told you: We wish you the best. I really do wish you the best and I'm grateful you tried us out. We just don't want you as a customer anymore...

Skiny, I'd suggest just walking away from this. The casino doesn't come across doing anything wrong, and I for one can't figure out what the big deal is. I'd just collect my marbles and move on.

I did walk away from this with my "I don't care" statement but the casino is PMing people and telling them to come back and look at it.

Here is my final word and I won't mention it again.

If the casino didn't want me as a member they should have banned me a week ago instead of calling me on the phone to tell me they had new deposit bonuses. I had a verbal invitation to come and play at the casino. The decision to ban me came directly after this thread and during my private conversation about this topic. At no time was I rude during that conversation and in fact I said more good things about the casino during that conversation than anything Else. The only negative thing I said was that the comp point system was not very generous. So regardless of what happened in the past I was most certainly banned for bringing up this topic. And as for taking things out of context, when a casino makes statements like "There is nothing we should be questioned for." I take the statement for what it's worth. Out of context or not it's a pretty damn smug statement.

I've only wagered about 10k at this casino. I've withdrawn more than I deposited and I can play at any number of RTG casinos with pretty much the same odds of winning so do I care if they don't want me playing here? Not really, no. So now I walk away. :)
