Royal Panda freespins issue

Did anyone here take part in the recent Golden Gilmore “Royal Spins” promotion a couple of weeks ago.

The deal was deposit £250 get 25 super spins at £2 each.

I deposited each day and was awarded 25 spins at nominal 0.20p rather than the correct £2 value.

I had this before and it was sorted out in a day, this time there seems to be other issues

Strangely, their support are blaming Netent for this issue and waiting now almost two weeks for it to be resolved.

Isn't it the Casino that awards the spins rather than the provider?

Last time I chased I was offered £50 to leave the issue (for £200 of spins, I think not).

I emailed Melvin @ Royalpanda on friday but he has not been active since 2nd of March, so not really sure what to do from here.

So finally resolved - Melvyn came back and awarded the freespins value as Cash.

Good to hear. You are dealing with the casino not the provider. Otherwise it's a like a shop blaming the wholesaler, it's not your problem it's theirs.
