New Slot Announcement Roshtein Megaways by GameArt

Crikey, if I did this to all the trolls on my channel, I'd either be broke or rich. I know you can request DPA for criminal investigations but I'm not sure that a site could give that out without a court order, assuming it was within a jurisdiction that was responsive. Even then, with VPN IP addresses are moot anyway. Sounds like a load of crap to me.

Was removed from YouTube but still available at the 2hr 8m mark on

Totally fair if he is getting abusive or threatening emails, but posting on a public forum with screenshots showing proof of no affy codes and other suspicious dealings is certainly valid for public discussion in my opinion.

Crap...I never should have posted that picture of him on the train video.
Time to go underground.

So he states he has all the the information about him now, all the details he needs, but then says he has only just applied for the court order to get the IP address for him. If thats the case then how has he already got all the information before a court has issued the order?

Ben, if you are reading this, if you get any legal papers send them over, I'll defend any action against you completely free of charge.

Chip, you are a disgrace to the affiliate industry with your constant rule breaking, for example, using your daughter to promote casinos, including Casumo which you stated in public never happened, non compliant website etc.

How come affiliates are still streaming on Twitch, I thought it was against the rules from 1st October?

Probably an uploaded video of a stream, as opposed to a live one.

But what - Pokemon or slots?

If the latter, then he is breaching the LCCP as all affiliates for UKGC licensed sites have received edition 6 of this which expressly forbids Twitch for promoting to UK players.

Just had a look at the regulations

YouTube users will also have to use age-verified accounts before they can view gambling ads, guaranteeing that they cannot be seen by under-18s.

Funnily enough I've just checked 3 large UK streamers from a clean browser, not signed in to any google or other services, and could see them all without a single bit of age verification.

@L&L-Jan why are you allowing him to advertise you on youtube with no age gating?

Thats a clean browser and you can see I'm not logged in. I wasn't asked any age questions before starting the video.

As usual he doesn't give a fuck about regulations, and wonders why he gets shit from people. I await your legal teams contact Mr Monkz.

Yes, YT is permitted under certain circumstances (pre-approval form your aff manager, age verification) but 'users' could mean YT in general won't let gambling ads be visible to under-18's via their own verification of users, or the individual channel owner has to verify them?

Whichever, Twitch should've stopped.

Well, it looks like some affiliates really don't give a fuck. Now wonder we all suffer a poor reputation, even those who spend time and effort staying fully compliant.

I am afraid this is what happens when greed takes over the industry, follow the money as they say.....

Yes, but the point is, there is no age verification, heres what a couple of affiliate programs have stated

• Streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc) channels and content must be age-gated to 18+ (pokerstars)
· YouTube affiliates are approved on an exception-basis only, and are required to continue age-gating. If you wish to start using YouTube as a promotional source, please reach out to your affiliate manager first for prior approval (WHG)

Sad thing is mate he reads the threads on here as a guest and all of a sudden either content removed or follows the law from your post and quickly

I remember messaging the casino during lockdown is it ok to use someone else’s casino account they asked what I meant I said
So if my full name is ........ and the casino account I’m using from home during lockdown is from ......... is that ok? Low and behold ‘ah shit quickly’ sorted

It's also worth pointing out that the casino is in breach of LCCP (6) if advertising on Twitch via an affiliate post 30/9, therefore should not accept players from that affiliate nor pay them for those players.
I'm sure the UKGC would be dismayed that their latest code of conduct has been ignored.

Which is why they have been downloaded and screenshotted, as I did with his Casumo one, as he decided to lie to them about it too.
Paints himself as whiter than white, threatening people with legal action, when he is in breach of so many regulations himself. People in glass houses and all that.
Go crying to your legal team about that Chip, then message me and I'll save you the money and give you my IP address without the need for a court order.

I like how the defence team gathers on Twitter on Twitter for fucks sake of course your social media will agree with you court of law not so much

Underage gambling is an serious issue in the UK so there should be no reason why any streamer wouldn't want to age-restrict content unless they wanted to look the other way.

Researchers at the University of Stirling and Ipsos Mori

that 96% of young people had seen gambling marketing material in the past 30 days and were more likely to bet as a result.

The report estimated that 41,000 UK followers of gambling-related accounts were likely to be under 16 and 6% of followers of “traditional” gambling accounts were found to be children.

The figure increased to 17% when looking specifically at gambling accounts dedicated to eSports, competitive video gaming.

“It’s even more terrifying at this current time, the only source of entertainment for some young people is streaming sites like YouTube and gaming realm Twitch.”

LOL...vanished quicker than Corbyn's voters in 2019. Bit late what with ahem.. downloads and screenshots. The irony is, he made a Tw@tter post last month stating he cannot do it. The worrying thing is that he states 'not all casinos are enforcing it' !! I'm afraid that EVERY casino with a UKGC license HAS to enforce it or they are in breach. The Twitch colin showed has Jungle Spins - A UKGC licensed casino, so that's a massive breach.

It is a load of crap and nothing but a scare tactic. Defamation isn’t even a crime in many countries and people are free to say what they like for the most part. IP addresses are inadmissible and not worth the cost of investigating unless tied to an organisation or related to serious crime.

With Roshtein it’s a little bit different as he believes the attacks are racially motivated and created by those who seek to gain financially from his demise.

@dunover I’m definitely not a social media expert, but I’m required to take bi annual 4 hour courses. I would recommend you take those and that is not to belittle you. I feel you would understand why I say your behaviour is risky if you had attended the same courses and been shown examples and the consequences.

Either way I no longer care about any of this so I’m outa here and I wish you all the best of luck In whatever you do.

Just shows what a fucking muppet he is.

It is a clear breach of their LCCP, notably 5.1.8 which states that "Licensees should also follow any relevant industry code of practice on advertising, notably the Gambling Industry Code for Socially Responsible Advertising."

Perhaps billy big bollocks who doesn't have a fucking clue what he's talking about, could tell us why that is wrong?

Don't worry, you couldn't belittle anybody. Could I sit in the corner of the class with a traffic cone on my head?
