Yes, I'm around all over and reply to any topic. Sometimes with sarcasm, often just to help the OP or even the casino who is not able to reply. Sometimes I use the opportunity to market the services we provide. Again, that WE provide. It is not a one man show here.

But besides that, I'm pretty sure I'm in the position where I can say whatever I want. As a rep, as a person and as a employee of L&L. All in one. Without any contract being terminated.

Don't worry about it. He threw barbs at Bryan, elicited a response, the same for me and now you. That's all it is. Trolling in its simplest form. He hates us all, yet comes back time after time because he gets a free meal. He's done enough to be booted, but I think that like me, some revel in the entertainment.

Crikey, if I did this to all the trolls on my channel, I'd either be broke or rich. I know you can request DPA for criminal investigations but I'm not sure that a site could give that out without a court order, assuming it was within a jurisdiction that was responsive. Even then, with VPN IP addresses are moot anyway. Sounds like a load of crap to me. No way would CM compromise the integrity of its members unless absolutely forced to do so. They can 'request' all they like, but the request would have to meet certain criteria, i.e. demonstrable and quantifiable loss of money or reputation which would elicit a court order to do so.
If it's a case of not liking what somebody has said, their opinions or version of facts then good luck to this 'legal team' as it will be laughed down the road. In the UK, the crossbar is set very high in order for the Police or courts to get involved in social media. If someone in the UK posts something along the lines "I really don't like (ethnic group, sexuality or whatever) and they should be (deported, legally sanctioned or whatever) and I would be happier" do you think the Police or courts would get involved?

It may surprise you to know, definitely not. If that example changed to incite or project violence against them, yes. I actually saw all this a couple of years ago when there were a few documentaries on trolling and social media and the Police and lawyers were commenting on what would be considered unlawful. I was quite surprised when watching at the magnitude of stuff that actually is allowed.

The simple answer is to do what the Bandito bloke does - turn off comments. I've also been hearing that numerous streamers still provide direct links to specific casino offers, often worded to disguise the page you are directed to. This was banned 2 years ago, I used to do it along with everyone else and got sanctioned like them. You are supposed to get a strike for this, then 2 more strikes and you're out. The whole YT thing is a mess.

I've had two very big companies threaten me over the past few years for posts I've made on here, neither have taken it further. For example, GIG I'm still waiting for your legal action you threatened me with from a couple of years ago

It would have to be with a court order for a civil claim, a criminal one is a bit more complicated, but I've not seen a post on here ever that would give a streamer cause to file a criminal complaint, and it would be the CPS more than his solicitors who would take that decision.
On the civil side, they had better be sure there is a case to answer, as getting someone's personal details by misleading a court to grant an order (not going to give the exact type of order in case it gives anyone ideas) won't be looked at very favorably.
