Now i had a 50 deposit live chat gave me a bonus code to use and yes i had a copy of chat was good for any real time slot game. After i won i asked live support about cashout they said account closed i called them. I wont repeat the words they used disgusting at best. Once i calmed them down they said wrong coupon took my winnings and adjusted my account and stated take it or leave it. Was my last deposit with them and learned fast the reasons behind only playing on accredited casino listings.

So they took back $162.50 and then closed your account? What did they do with the rest of the money? Just took it?

Maybe you should post the at APCW with J. Todd. He asked all to post their problems, didn't he? He should have been more careful about what he wished for. Looks like he is getting more than he wanted to handle.

As the old saying goes "You can put a dress on a pig but it's still a pig."

I had taken a bonus out so as i was playing i hit 5 ronins for close to a thousand
but as we know with a bonus comes playthrough. I had finished playthrough and when i went to withdraw is when the problems came in. Even the coupon code they have there isnt the one i had entered in. Live chat closed off my account, so i had to call them to find out why. Thats when after i calmed down the rep he said he would fix my account was best he could do take it or loose it one or other. He had also stated that the copy of chat i had he noticed his rep did give me the wrong coupon code for my deposit so there was nothing he could do but either lock me out or adjust it.

You do know that these guys are career criminals, yes? See here for details on the sins of the Virtual Casino Group.

It still amazes me that people still send them their money, almost makes me want to move to a third world country and open up a casino..:D

U know why???

It still amazes me that people still send them their money, almost makes me want to move to a third world country and open up a casino..:D

You know why this is still happening Robwin it those darn forums that put up posts about these kind of casinos like coolcat prism etc.
Forum MODS should not be posting bad casinos or letting people post period about these casinos. The more people post about rogue casinos the more newbies see this and think well if they post it on thier forum they must be good.
I blame alot on the forums for advertising for them.

J Todd

Isn't our esteemed friend J Todd PROMOTING these casinos!!!!

THIS is how they still get to screw over players. Portals with seemingly good reputations are promoting bad casinos, and players trust "good" portals so assume all the bad things that they MAY have heard about a casino are just "sour grapes".

Lauram's posting shows this happened THIS FEBRUARY, and is surely PROOF that the "new management" are yet again following the same rogue model whilst pretending to turn over yet another new leaf.

This is the clearest example of their "bait and switch" approach that ensures players can NEVER EVER WIN. If they lose, it was the "right code", if they come out ahead, then all of a sudden it is "the wrong code, sorry & all that, but the best we can do is.......".

RTG are still staring at their navel, and portals with "clout" still have faith that somehow "it's different this time", but it never is.

Maybe the time is near for a rogue pit for PORTALS that persist in placing their own interests ahead of those of players.

Simply having J Todd fix those problems for those who make the most noise will NOT cure the underlying disease, it will only prolong the period during which this group will have the opportunity to fleece players.

Yea you absolutely right about that Vinyl and what about all the players that are getting screwed by this outfit that don't even know about sites like Casinomeister or the APCW, those poor saps have about the same chance of getting paid their winnings as a snowball chance in hell...

You're right, VWM. But we haven't seen J.Todd or anybody else fixing anything. Nobody has been paid that we know of. So unless something comes of it, hot air is still hot air. Actions speak louder than words. ETC.

I don't know why I never got burned by a casino. Could it be that I never got to cashout much? :D

yes, but.. the right thing to do...

This is exactly why Lauram posted this. :nod:Yes, it's from February BUT this has been ongoing for who knows how many years. In my situation we had "Andre" as manager.. with "Dean" the "helpful, friendly employee who wants to help the player"
Then Andre is gone and Good Ol' Dean doesn't even need training to take over "how to screw people over". (Amnesia sets in and he has no conscience or morals for promises made Cuz now he's a "Hot shot"! ).
It's very sad that they CAN'T turn over that new leaf!! I guess for some it's not possible, I myself believe "where there's a will there's a way" and "it's never too late to start or try"

And FYI everyone JTodd IS working on this from what I understand. He has been in contact with me directly and I have provided him with what I can. He in turn also has others involved. So I thank him for that!

I can only hope for the best and that Dean can actually have an ounce of dignity and just follow through with the promise he made to me and my kids.
I certainly am not stupid enough to get my hopes up over that again. I just know it would be the right thing to do. IMHO. ;)

As i said this account was opened as i first started playing and had joined up with cm. I posted this just to keep the poc thread open a little as i feel we are at least trying to put a little heat on them. Lets hope this works out for you.

The only way to shut them down is to inform players of the way they operate.

The affilliates should also post a link to casinomeister in a prominent spot on the site and have a heading for it saying " be informed about where you play, before you deposit" and CM linked to the text.

If those links were in those flashy web pages, a lot of the blinking banners might be gone.

Just a note as to how some people might play at this casino, I just googled them and there was nothing but affliates links and reviews for the first 6 pages, this thread showed up on page seven. How many new players, even if they did use a search engine would include the word "rogue" in the search?

online casino palace of fat chance your gonna get paid

None as most newbies don't even know the term rogue. I know I didn't until I came to Cm .. and yes, we have tried to figure out how to reverse the google results. so when a newbie does a google search they find the Rogue list and complaints first. Unfortunately there are so many affilitiates who only care about getting the money they are making by newbies clicking on that Nasty link taking them to "Palace of Fat Chance your gonna get paid online casino"...

I try to include this type of "title" and also this wording within' a post only in an attempt to bring this information closer to the top of a google search. It doesn't matter how hard I try of even if we all joined together and tried the same thing. The number of affiliates promoting this rip off clip joint far outweigh the number of legit affiliates.

Sorry Catrina I totally agree with you, but NO one promoting "Palace of fat chance your gonna get paid online casino" is ever going to include a link to CM. If they did.. they wouldn't get paid for any of the links they have. Chances are if they are promoting them then they are promoting most rogue.
It would be nice though.

Chris D'angelo??!!

OMG!! LJ Chris D'angelo told me once If there was anything I ever needed .. yada yada.. etc.. etc... Is HE now the manager of POC or are they still up to thier usual "now you see the manager now you don't " tricks?? So that NO ONE actually knows WHO is managing Palace of fat chance your gonna be paid online casino!!

They operate so that there is NO WAY to avoid thier "lifetime bonus" clause.
Once they see a player is starting to deposit MORE than the bonuses they receive they put more "free chips" and "bonuses" in the account.. thus, ensuring there is NO way for a player to cashout a REAL win!!

I myself, after being ripped off the random jackpot continued to recieve promo emails AND they even had the nerve to continue to call my house with a recording of "offers".

I even replied to one that was signed with Dean as manager asking him if "he thought I forgot about the promises he made." Maybe someday  he will see it is better for business to just pay the winners!
but I won't hold my breath for that either ;)

In some cases this might work. Even Bryan had a go at helping them turn over that new leaf. This lot, though, are not incompetent, naive, or uninformed on how to operate an online casino properly - they know EXACTLY what they are doing, and they do it WELL. No-one will get them to change, as they have no intention of changing, they make more money tricking players and affiliates as they would ever do if they ran a proper casino with fair treatment of players.

So long as they can convince high profile webmasters that they are open to change, they will be able to harvest enough new players for this business model to work. If it ever got to the stage where NO legit affiliate believed they would ever change, they would probably slowly wither away as they would screw and lose more players than they gained.

I have no doubt that J Todd will achieve something for SOME players. This makes good sense for Virtual, as it ensures he continues to promote them and give them credibility. With the heat off, they will revert to screwing over most players again.
Virtual may even pay Mystic:what: It would make sense, and give them tremendous "good" publicity, and would be used as an example that they had excised all the "diseased flesh" in the operation, whereas they would only really be covering it with a dirty dressing;)

Chris DiAngelo even has an account here at CM (last used well over a year ago though), and could be a rep for these casinos he now appears to be managing.

FAT CHANCE:rolleyes:

Ive never gotten burned either, ever. I have always been paid by the casinos I did a withdrawl on. Im thinking the same thing Annie, Im a low roller and dont cashout thousands or even more than $500. I wonder if the cashout amount makes a difference, after all Ive been doing this almost everyday for over 2 years. Im either very lucky or I cashout in small enough amounts as to not raise a "red flag".

It is most likely the small amounts involved, and maybe you steadily lose money with them. This makes you one of the BEST customers a casino could have, a regular, if small, income. High rollers may well deposit thousands, but they also tend to withdraw thousands. A casino could take a big hit from just ONE high roller, and if they then find out it was a FRAUDULENT high roller, the damage is even worse.

Good casinos will treat all players with equal respect, and with equal caution. They will ask for documents and additional verification based on the size of risk of paying the withdrawal. This often means that small withdrawals present too little risk for them to bother spending money on the extra verification. Large first time withdrawals present a high risk, so documents would almost always be checked. Large deposits followed by a similarly large withdrawal by a different method would also present a huge risk, even if the player didn't win, or even lost a little.

Disreputable casinos will give trouble to WINNING players, but will treat steadily LOSING players well. This often leads to cases where the most rogue of rogues have a following of players who have never experienced less than first class service from them.

Take Lauriejim, when she first posted, she was accused of being a shill for Virtual, because they treated her so well, and paid large withdrawals without fuss. Naturally, peeking behind the scenes revealed these large withdrawals were matched by even larger deposits, so no wonder they paid fast, and with no fuss.

Now, having done a little better at their casinos, Lauriejim has experienced the substandard treatment the others have experienced, namely a hell of a struggle to get paid.

Just because someone does not have trouble with a casino that everyone else seems to be moaning about does NOT mean they will continue to have no trouble.

The only way to really judge a casino is how it treats the WINNERS - it should be the same level of service as provided to everyone else (the losers overall) of the same standing with the casino.

I agree with that. I dont think Im a steady loser though. If I was I wouldnt be gambling online. I guess Ill have to add up my losses vs winnings to see. I know in the beginning I was a steady winner at CW and then I ran into trouble and stopped playing there. I always lost at MG's so closed out those accounts as well. Im just very conservative. Sometimes I wish I wasnt lol. If I get to $70 , I immediatley cashout for $50 and play the rest. If I win bigger like that $500 Royal Flush, I cashout 90% and kept 10% for play and tournies. Most people keep playing for that big one but Im very realistic and know it wont likely happen. If it does, that would be great! But I do agree with what you said, I just feel Im not in that category, It must be my OCD not letting me steadily not cashout

Just added up dep/cashouts at one place from July 1 - now. $2110 in cashouts $900 in deposits (not including gifts which i cant even add up which would go in win column because the casino didnt keep it either). That's modest but adequate for me :)
