Just a For Yalls Information. Depsoited $100 at Rockbet and took the Welcome free $100 for a total of $200. Met the whopping $6000 rollover with a profit of $700, balance = $800. Thought I should wager some more since I would like to continue to play here in the future. Wagered $1000+ more and lost $300
Withdrew $500 for a net profit of $400 and now I am bonus banned. I wasnt surprised but I did let them know I would be posting this here.
I got the typical "We reserve the right to deny bonuses without disclosing the reason" BS. I promptly uninstalled the software and do not intend to play here anymore. So now the only Rivals that still want me are Sloto and Irish Luck. The latter is only because I have not had a withdrawal. My conlcusion, as many other members Rivals-Sloto=RUBBISH
When is Rival going to learn from their best casino Sloto ?
PD
Rival are well known for this. Win off a bonus, even with "impossible" WR, and there is a high risk of getting bonus banned.
Absolutely INSANE, since IF you were a "bonus bagger" you would not play there again anyway, so all they have done is p1$$ed off a potential loyal player. Better you find out with $400 profit, rather than much later on. Since you wagered beyond WR, they can't use their excuse of you only barely meeting WR and cashing out. Sloto are different because they reject the often insane results churned out by the Rival central database, and make their OWN decisions based on common sense.
There is little marketing power left in Rival bonuses, since this policy of bonus banning winners who RESPONSIBLY cash-out, rather than throwing it all back, has been so widely documented that players might as well accept this, and see Rival as fit only for the "bonus bagging", accepting you will get the across the board bonus ban as soon as you beat one or two.
RTG casinos offer a similar program of regular coupons, but we don't see the reputable RTG casinos firing off bonus bans to everyone who beats a couple of the coupons (the rogues are a different matter - AVOID). MGS in my experience can bonus ban players who reach a high lifetime overall profit, and a few do not even do that. Grand Prive is the ONLY MGS group that seems to act like Rival in the way it issues bonus bans, and they are in the pit for "bad business practice" relating to affiliates, thus showing the kind of attitude the owners have.
I have never been a player at Rival, and every time I see one of these posts about a "drop of the hat" bonus ban, I am less and less inclined to try, because it may one day go further, with issues of non-payment after winning from a bonus.
Arguments from a few Rival reps that players should wager more are complete bull$h1t, as if Rival wanted players to wager more, they should be HONEST and say so in the promotional terms, not LIE that they will accept, say, 50x when what they really mean is they will cut you off for less than 70x
The impression they give is that what they REALLY mean is you are expected to play it all back, else be cut from the promotions, because all the answers they have given so far have danced around the issue, and there can only ever be ONE truth, so if we get several stories, we are being fed a crock of you-know-what.
