I signed up really early yesterday and never got the $15, but this kind of thing is not unusual with this group, and I still think I'll get it. I'll check back, umm, maybe Wednesday.

I've never had any problems with Lake Palace, Bella Vegas or Casino Grand Bay (the sisters), so I don't anticipate any with this one.

However, this isn't a very good first impression.

Why, oh why do they open a new casino without knowing for certain everything is going to work right and having enough people on hand to take care of things? I know, sh*t happens, but still...nothing like pissing off the inpatient right off the bat. I'd be impatient, too, if I was waiting for a bonus match. When we want to play, we want to play NOW.

Time will tell, I'm sure they'll work it out. They are probably all tearing their hair out over the complaints.

Hi simmo, as the opening poster i guess i should your question.

as you know there is a multitude of problems with this group and as it will be the same staff running this one, then i dont expect things to change.

hopefully if this group realises that their rep for problems is so bad, that players are expecting problems before they even play, then they might realise the scale of the problem and finally address some of the issues we have had with this group rather than fob us off with lame excuses or passing the buck like they normally do.

dposited 100.00 friday, wagered this deposit. no bonus of 100.00 on saturday. they put the free 15.00 in and thats it, e mailed support last night (saturday). got reply off them saying bonuses are being credited as we speak. looked in me account today (sunday), still no bonus of 100.00. phoned support, got told we are having problems crediting bonuses. i asked why did i recieve the message last night saying it was getting credited as we speak? no answer to question. its now 5pm and still nothing! unreal casino this. also i am still awaiting bella vegas 100.00 fight night bonus off friday, absolute joke this lot! and simmo wants to know the problems simmo i can give you a long list if you want mate off the entire group......i will now await these bonuses being credited, but not optimistic....

I've never had a problem with their sister casinos. I also don't usually take bonuses which seems to be what most are griping at. I've always been paid fast without hassle and find the customer service very good. I do have at least 3 screen shots of royals in the winner screenshots thread.

With that being said I don't think I will download this casino because I just don't like to play slots.
