I sent a request to close all my Grand Prive` accounts on the 29'th, so I get an email back they have locked them instead. I then retort locked is not closed. Get an email back saying they are now closed.

Problem I'm still receiving promos from all their casinos (it's now the 1'st Jan 2006).

So I guess my accounts are still locked, not closed as requested? This would explain why I'm still getting hit with unwanted promos, obviously my details are still on their database.
 
I joined Road House Reels in November or was it the beginning of December..., well whichever..(due to the forum posts) and made 3 deposits of $100 each...and ended with 2 large withdrawals over $1000.00 each and had it in my account in 24 hours (thier standard time frame as per T&C"S) I only invested $300 total and am very far ahead at this casino. Never have had a problem withdrawing...I also think the customer support was very helpful. strange that you are having such a problem.....
