I am waiting for my bonus from Friday also at Bella. I just don't understand why they offer this stuff if they don't have the personnel to handle it in a timely manner !
 
I got my free $15 within 24 hours and did pretty well. Going to deposit tonight and see what I can do. I enjoy taking a break from slots to play some VP and Keno every so often so I don't know how often I'll play here, but I do like that Agent lady slot quite a bit, and my favorite Adventure Palace slot from Lake Palace is there, too, so I like this casino so far. I've had no problems from their sister casinos and their support has always been very good to me. I'd give it a try. :thumbsup:
 
Well, this is just ducky.

Got my free $15 within 24 hours and lost. Also received their email but deleted it before I read it - figured it was spam from somewhere.

Anyway, today I decided to donate some money to play their slots and low and behold, I get that old neteller error message common to these casinos. Can't deposit.

Oh well, maybe it's for the best.

I can understand being proactive and setting up a thread in the complaints section for a newly launched casino, because I cannot list one casino that did not have some glitch, some problem when they launched. But you're searching for problems before they occur and of course people will start to chime in "my bonus wasn't deposited yet", "their games are rigged', "my luck sucks worse at this casino", etc. People like to complain.

One thing that should be pointed out, many posters here (including you :D) comment on how their sister casinos are all dicked up -- but WTF? you open an account at this one anyway!! :what:

Are we going out of our way to cause problems/bitch and moan or what?

The three deposits were made yesterday. I should have been credited with a 250+15USD ND bonus. They only gave me approximatively 200USD in small cuts. One time 50, another one 56 ?!:what:

I think once you make an initial deposit, you void the $15 new signup bonus. I read it in the T&C's somewhere.

I think what is needed is, that you signup under new account (real play) and wait for the $15 new player bonus to be credited...THEN make a deposit for the following matchplay+ bonuses.

I failed to wait for the $15 new signup bonus so I went and read the T&C's and thats when I realized I should have waited for it before depositing my initial deposit.

I made a deposit of $100 the other day and had the bonus in my account within less than 24 hours. Got an e-mail stating that bonus has been deposited. Was very impressed.

Was surprised to see so many having problems with
RoadHouse. I downloaded and made a small deposit
before I knew about the free $15. I got my
first deposit bonus in about 45 minutes. I ask
later for the free spins and got them. I know they
were extremly busy. They told me I could get the

hours, I sent another mail, they apologized and I got

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I did a deposit on 19 Nov. 05 in the early morning hours and still haven't received my match bonus. I have not had any response to any of my emails I've sent them either. Now mind you, I didn't start asking why I had not received the match bonus until yesterday since I knew the casino support staff appeared to be overwhelmed.
 
I got my $15 within 4 hours and I recieved a $50 N/D invitation and it took them about 24 hours to credit that, I have never had problems with Grand Bay and have always been paid in short time.
 
NO PROBLEMS

Got my $15 about an hour after and by 100 in about 2 days and am having a good time with them still have aound 400 after 5 days so I am happy. Gladly recommend at the moment. But seeing they are new the slots will pay ok for a little while and when they have enough people playing they will definately tighten them up just wait and see.
 
I got my initial and my first deposit bonus, both in about 24 hours. Even sent me an email in the interim explaining that they were quite busy with all the bonuses and that it may be 24 hours before I got mine, which I was very impressed with. Lot it all a little too quickly and I would love to be able to blame the casino, but it's not their fault I had an unlucky couple of days. I would recommend this or any of the Grand Bay group's casinos.

That sucks, I know, but it's got nothing to do with the casino obviously. Just the old RNG not going your way. Dig this: I was once having a real good run, having gone up to $1000 from a $100 deposit, and decided to go for it at $45 a spin! Crazy, yeah, but I hit the 3 rams on the second spin! I was like, hey, do I go for the automatic or stick shift on the new Lexus? Guess what - not a SINGLE win. Rather disappointing really.:rolleyes:

Hey Lydia, RR is a "slots only" casino, hence the Reels part in the name. I guess they thought they'd try something a little different. Personally, I like it because I am a slots only player.

something happened to me with roadhouse reels a few weeks ago.I made a credit card deposit of 60.00 for a 100% bonus.Ran through the money in minutes and made another deposit of 61.00 which lasted less than ten minutes.So the next day I log in and AMAZINGLY!!! the bonus of $60 has been credited.So I blow through that in record time.A few days later I check my card balance online and there is a $60 and $61 dollar charge. Every thing is ok so far.The credit card then goes into the next months statement and about ten days later I check it and there is another $60 and $61 dollar charge from the same processing service with the same transaction date but it posted seven days after the first.Havent used the card for anything else in this time frame.So I call roadhouse and tell them and I get the BS you have to scan and send us a copy of your statement etc. This is a few hours before I am going on vacation so I figure I'll do it when I return. Come back a week later and it slipped my mind.So I double check my statement and the 60 and $61 dollar charges have been credited back to my card.Without scanning and sending anything.It makes me wonder how many times in the past this has happened and I didnt catch it with other casinos.I know it hasnt happen more than once with roadhouse because they suck up my money so fast that I wont use them again. It also makes me wonder if they would have done anything about it if I hadnt brought it to their attention.Theres a new bonus twist, We will give you a bonus but double charge your card for it.

It's been about 24 hours and I have not received any response from Roadhouse Reels. Anybody surprised???? I know I am not. I just sent another email stating that I am taking there lack of response as an agreement to what was stated in my email. I told them I am going to cashout again and if it is not honored in a timely manner then I would ask for involvement from Casinomeister.

These guys are a joke. You can't hardly get an email response from them and when you do it is untruthful and or incorrect information.
