Rizk casino has a tv-ad here in Norway that says (in Norwegian of course), "With rizk casino you get ZERO wagering requirements on your winnings. Real Rewards - No Bullshit".
But when i read the Bonus Terms and Conditions i find this:
"All casino bonuses need to be wagered a minimum of 35 (thirty five) times before the funds can be withdrawn. For 150% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 40 (forty) times, 200% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 45 (Forty Five) times."

Which part is misleading?
In your quote it doesnt mention bonus money

I watched the video and can't understand the non-English parts so someone else can answer that. But as to your own money? There's no WR (well, the general 1x for laundry purposes which is likely waived for preferred/known players)

That is why it is misleading.. When they say "Zero wagering requirements", the only thing i thought of was the bonus. Like 7red, they have "zero wagering", and that is for the bonus.. No one has wagering requirements on the money you deposit without bonus? So why advertise for something that is standard?

Most casinos also have WR on free spins. Winnings from free spins do not nor do cash prizes from the wheel.

Would that be zero wagering from free spins win? I think that could be it as guts has no wagering requirements if you win from free spins.

I am only guessing. I doubt this Casino would mislead though, great casino :)

It must be very late as my mind is going to 'how do staff arrange who gets to wear the action suit home?

Wife: 'Oo, my Captain, save me'

5 minutes later

Wife: 'It's ok, performance anxiety, it happens to everyone honey'
Husband: 'Bullshit!'

They refer to the rewards, which are all wager free.

With every level you achieve at Rizk you get a turn on the Wheel of Rizk, where you can win FS, chips or even a Jackpot. Any winnings from that are completely wager free.

The bonus terms only apply if you receive the Welcome or a Reload match bonus.

Hence, the add is somewhat OK in my view.

Haha.. I thought they had the same ad in the UK?

Here is another one.. Can't imagine that one being allowed on UK television either?

Anyway.. I still think the ad is misleading. Since they just say "no wagering requirements on winnings". No where does it says it ONLY applies to what you win on the wheel of rizk. Read the ASA ruling on betfair ltd that is very similar to the rizk ad.

I even found a website that promotes Norwegian casinos casinogevinst.com/rizk-casino-entourage-reklame/, and here is what it says:
"....The motto of Rizk Casino is as simple as " Real Awards - No Bullshit " . And it emerges when we take a look at their casino bonus. There is no wagering requirements, only one deposit bonus of 200% on your first deposit, up to 1000 NOK."

Harry_BKK is pretty much spot on here

We differentiate between bonuses and rewards. A Reward is won from the Wheel of Rizk and ALL rewards have zero wagering requirements - whether the reward is Free Spins, Super Spins, Mega Spins, Real Money or even Jackpots.

A bonus being a deposit bonus (welcome or reload) that are clearly signposted when depositing that there are Wagering Requirements. All players are given a very clear option to take the welcome bonus or not, are directed to the Bonus terms which are no more than one click away and are as clear and bullshit term free as we can make them

During the planning phase we had planned not to offer any welcome/reload bonus but it became clear that the majority of players want, at the very least, a welcome bonus and hence the differentiation. Even when you have a welcome/reload bonus any rewards that you win from the Wheel of Rizk go straight to your withdrawable balance and as such are still not subject to any wagering requirements.

Thanks for making me aware of this, this obviously comes from an affiliate site and we will speak to them to make sure that it is clearer

EDIT: Please note that this is not our affiliate - there are no actual links to the Rizk site (or any other site that they list for that matter) We will be contacting them to remove any mention or listing of Rizk however this is not always a quick or easy task.

Apparently they can do what ever they want in Norway. They dont give a s**t about the laws and regulations anyway.

The ad says "on your winnings".. There is no information during the ad that it only applies to rewards from wheel of rizk. By the way, do you speak Norwegian?

Because of the marketing ban in Norway, you are broadcasting from the UK. Why is there not the same airtime "rules" on advertisement towards Norway as there is in UK?

Since your posts in this forum only have been about Rizk I feel I need to ask you what happened?

Did you got tricked in and lost because of this or what is the reason?

I counted 5 lol!

Rizk is run under one of, if not the most trusted licence out there at this moment in time (and now) it will show itself to be a very reputable and trusted brand.

As for the advertising based rules/regulation questions although I'm sure the Captain will try and help, some of these are best suited to an advertising standards forum and maybe not here :)

There is one post about rizk and two that is not about rizk..:)

True, sorry. I just saw a lot of Rizk posts so thought all had been about them :)

When I look at your other posts then it's clearly about advertisment of casinos.

I'm lucky and don't have to see them because I don't watch tv. I'm surprised sometimes when my daughter talk about some casinos, and she's not suppose to know their names:D

Thread, post.. Poteto, potato.. :p

Here's the bit I'm lost on. Let's say the ad was slightly misleading (which is debatable), isn't it all rather moot? I mean, when you go to the site, the Ts and Cs are there for you to read (which when you sign up you agree to do) so...no harm, no foul no?
