Rizk - 24hr pending guideline - The New Norm

Talk about the sun... got my withdraw eventually, I'm being optimistic but going to make a deposit again (good RTP there) but this time add my Visa card instead, hopefully that makes things easier.

Well, seems like their 24 hour policy is indeed up to no good.

It's over 30 hours now, and still not processed my withdraws. Asking CS serveral times and all they say is "It's been escalted to the relevant department" and "we have not heard from them". I mean, do they not talk to each other? Can't they just phone them or at least ask for an estimate.

Also given no reason at all for why it's a delay. This is so frustrating when you are used to them paying within minutes..

Shame they don't have an rep here anymore apparently..

How much was it? That possibly had a bearing on it. I've not played there for a while until a few weeks ago and had 3 or 4 withdrawals ranging between about £50 and £200 and all were paid instantly.

But I believe as they can't credit to mastercard I had to do bank transfer via Trustly, so that might have been an issue too.

Same here Colin. Had one for £625 last week. Paid to my NETELLER instantly.

Over the course of this calendar year, I have found that GUTS take half an hour to pay to NETELLER and Rizk are instant.

If you can somehow get past the ridiculous SOW hurdles and other assorted obstacles/hoops to jump through, the payment processing times are up there with the best of them.
 
Just use muchbetter. 5 seconds withdrawals and they use CAD so no huge disgusting 7% conversion fee with no cap on both deposits and withdrawals. So you can enjoy spins on geoblocked games all you want. Only takes 4 days to change game... but who cares. They insta pay
 
Just to balance this out, I've stopped using EcoPayz at Rizk and moved to using my VISA debit card for deposits and withdrawals.

I've now made three withdrawals back to my card and they've all been paid within 15 minutes. (Two of them were in less than 5 minutes.)

So it looks like the withdrawal method does have some bearing on things.
 
Well now even rizk couldnt care less about such simple issue. In hundreds of deposit using muchbetter, two times the deposts wasnt credited to the casino account. First time at casino.com 28$. Took 8 days and 29 emails for casino support to ‘find’ the deposit. Lots of fun.
Now a huge 10$ deposit at rizk not credited. I am never expecting much for bml but this beyong my comprehension. First they tried to blame the browser, then muchbetter support. I sent them screenshots of the transaction. I had 10$ and after that 0$ and my account didnt move at my rizk account. How can take such bad decisions one after the other and be fine with the fact that your customer got screwed and that he will never come back because of the way things we not handled. Looking at a transaction history and telling me I didnt make a deposit or telling me I will receive the money back in my bank.... come on ffs.
It’s crazy to be that bad at customer service and always blame anyone possible but themselves.
If it was 500 or 5000 itwouldnt change anything for them. What a disaster this igaming world is becoming. Unless I didnt deposit? Right -_-
 
Well I can not longer play at Rizk. A few months back they slapped a 100 wager limit on my account. So when I wager £100 I then get messages that I can not wager anymore. No idea why they did it. I asked them to remove it but they said they can not and refused too. Such a shame cos it was a casino I deposited a hell of a lot at over the last few years too.

I was not a fan of their wheel spins anyway I never once had anything worthwhile ever in them, always 5 spins or 2X speed boosts etc etc.......

I also would like to know why their rep vanished from this forum and why they chose not to get a new rep? Not good to be honest.........

They were bought by Betsson and a lot of staff didn't transfer over. But that was back in the early part of the year, so more than enough time to get a new rep, especially as Betsson have one.

Ahh ok, makes sense then. What other casinos are owned by Betsson? Maybe that might explain why they slapped a £100 wager limit on my account, maybe it was because of an account I have at one of their other casinos in that group where I set a deposit limit on perhaps? Or maybe it was one of the casinos I closed my account at? So they saw that and went through their user database and decided to do this on any accounts that had deposit limits set on their accounts to also add a wager limit. I mean Why on earth would they think £100 wager limit per week is fair? £100 can be wagered within like 10 minutes? So they consider that fun and entertaining? I mean come on.............

I did self exclude from Betsafe a few years ago due to their bad customer service. Nothing to do with anything else, I did it out of spite. Also Guts after all the countless times I kept getting emails to verify my account like every 2 or 3 days even though I kept sending them and they kept getting verified, I also closed my account at Guts too.........

So maybe it is because of those 2 casinos. Thrills was also owned by them, but I thought Thrills left the UK market? I used to play at thrills back in the day too.

It is that 3rd net loss limit one that basically makes it impossible for me to play at rizk anymore........ I thought it was 1 week but it was 1 month limit........ Even worse hahahaha

I also now noticed their live chat is unavailable too........... It used to be 24/7 so yet another bad thing.............

If you're self excluded you might find you get banned from the group, when they took over, because I had closed my account at GUTS, they closed all my accounts, saying I had self excluded (I hadn't).
 
Is it just me or support at rizk was way better when bml wasnt the owner? How can you ask agents to actually help if they can’t use their own judgement for anything. Getting answered that sent a message to the right departement for such simple issues... I feel bad for them. The only company that are doing that is basically softswiss with sone exeptions. On the other hand if you try yo negotiate too much there is a nice little note in your account and agents can’t help all of a sudden. But that’s fine because these guys so their best and some people are better than others to get what they want. At least give them the power to make a wrong decision from time to time... they guys at bml just answer the same bland crap to any question. Blablabla relevant departement cause It’s mandatory in my position to be irrelevant, exepect an email or in 4 or 5 days. Soooooooo bad. Oh yeah... and most of the time the answer is so wrong I wonder if they even read the question.
