i don' understand am i locked out of all rival casinos. i am even locked out of the new ones i have never played at. as soon as i register and log in i get a locked out message contact support. will thats b s i tried but not one rival casino will answer my emails. i have deposited at 5 different rival casinos and never withdrew any money . rival needs a wakeup call put tem on watch list:confused:

Have you tried their Live Chat?
I find that much better than e-mails and you should get an answer straight away.
Most people here already know that Rival have a bizarre policy of banning people for winning with bonuses, but locking accounts without obvious reason is not so common.

Which was the last Rival you joined - and were ANY of your details different from the ones before?
Also, have you tried Sloto'Cash? - they seem to be outside the "Global Rival Banning Net"

In this case I was yelling i'm pissed. I don't like being treated like crap.This is the only way left to get my point across. My post got your attention . :lolup:
 
I tried live chat but you need to log in to use it. when I log in I get error code in help site the only different thing is i didn't use the same email but my other info stayed the same I got a new lap top so the ip is different now but I can't tell rival gaming if that is the prolbem they have because THEY WON'T ANSWER MY EMAILS:mad:
 
I was not nasty with any of them I asked them what the problem was with my accounts and please let me know but i never recived a reply back I even emailed rival gaming software buttttttt need i say more
 
Okay count to ten, try to keep it calm and don't be so frustrated. Something must of happened with your accounts, you will get more of a response if you were calm, besides they are plenty of casinos out there that would be more than happy to take your business. If you can get one Rival CS to answer you then your in business. Just be calm..take a deep breath..

Noooo, someone is sick of the "I can behave like a twat because my case is special" attitude that some people seem to think is okay. It's not okay.

If you want attention to your issue then do it the right way, not the wrong way and claim it's okay because it worked.

It's about time someone said the right thing where it needed to be said. I've read many posts here when I bite my tongue.

I certainly am not above anyone at all. Especially being a late arrival to maturity myself. ( hoping in fact I even did arrive) But I see their are many late bloomers running around, and usually the guys.

I think you both could have made your point with a little more tact. Using all caps is rude, calling someone a twat, ruder. IMO
 
As much as I can understand where you're coming from you will note, I hope, that my initial attempt to make the point only when so far as mentioning a 2x4 as a teaching aid. Only when it appeared that my point had _not_ been made did I resort to blunter language.

None of the difficulties here would have come to pass if the OP had but taken a similar approach.

You seem to have gotten off on the wrong foot.... fall back, chill out, then approach the problem calmly.

Have you tried contacting a forum rep? Go up to I-Gaming Forum Reps and look for a Rival rep here in the forum and send them an email or PM. Please be polite and give them time to look into the matter and reply.

If that gets you nowhere, and being let back in at Rivals -- or finding out why you are locked out -- is important to you, then use the PAB (Pitch a Bitch) service. Read forum rules regarding this to see if this is even feasible for you. I believe there's a link in Max's sig at the bottom of his posts that will help.

Live chat is available from any Rival casino website to everyone - you don't have to log in.

I think you all have got your point across to the OP, anyway I had the same problem when we Canadians where still allowed to play, there are a few Rival reps here, if you have an account at one of their casino's PM them and they will get to the bottom of it.
