Non-Bonus Complaint Rich Casino (other TopGame) - Scammy & False Bonus Spam

Hi All,

As some of you know I'm also a casino affiliate. I try to do my bit to protect players from bogus bonus offers and dodgy casinos.

Part of this knowledge comes from first hand, hands on experience.

I receive mountains of offers from casinos. However I aways check out the free cash offers. Because these are generally used in the ole bait and switch routine used by dodgy and rogue casinos.

I received one such offer from Rich Casino which offered me a $50 no deposit chip.

At first I thought this maybe a generic mailer sent from a spammer, but, to check things out I signed up at the casino. I gave the bonus code to the casino support and it was denied. How bizarre

At that point I told them to close the account.

However I've since received two further emails from the Manager of Rich Casino, both of which are now offering me a deposit bonus.

This has provide me the benefit of cross checking the original free $50 offer against the emails received from the Rich Casino manager.

Yes all emails were sent from the same location.

Please find below the original headers and emails received regarding the $50 free and other bonuses from Rich Casino.

On top of this...when I did sign up at Rich Casino I immediately received directly after their welcome email, a flurry of emails from other Top Game Casinos:

7Spins
Casino Moons
Thebes

All offering me free chips too.

What right does Rich Casino (regardless if there are sisters sites) to make my personal details available to these other casino sites? IMHO none!

Anyway...All these places are going on my Do Not Gamble At These Casinos List.

Cheers

:)

Dave

I received the sames emails after i regiter in thebes casino, few days ago received another email from a sister (or brother lol) thebe casino, al offer me free.

As you said :

All these places are going on my Do Not Gamble At These Casinos List, too

Merry christmas all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seasonal, if nothing else

Seasonal or any yearly event has zip to do with the fact that my details (and I assume others) have been shared with another casino.

Not to mention that I received a fake sign-up offer that obviously turned into a bait and switch tactic.

If that's ok with you then it's your account, your life. But it doesn't sit good with me.

Cheers

:)

Hello,

My name is Nial and I am the reprentative for richcasino. Just wanted to introduce myself and let you know that from now on I am available to answer any and all questions about Richcasino.

I would like to adress the issues in this thread as follows;

1) The $50 free offer was legitimate and we paid it out to many players. However, the players in question were not eligible for the offer as they did not have the appropriate affiliate tag to qualify.

2) There are 4 casinos in this particular family. They have the same ownership and pass information back and forth (as is a standard industry practice).

Finally Rich Casino is willing to offer the $50 to any players who mistakenly received the email, but would like to restrict the offer to players who received the email, as this is not an offer for the general public.

Kind Regards

Nial

I find the following from from your T&Cs quite odd...

We do not offer a free no deposit bonus , in case such a bonus was given the following will apply:

For a free no deposit bonus the wagering requirements are 99 times ( x 99 ) the Free no deposit bonus amount.
The maximum withdrawal amount of a free bonus is $100.
Free money bonus can be used only on slots game , in case a player will use this amount for any other game then slots , Rich casino find himself able to disregard any wins regard this bonus, only wins related 100% to pure slot's game will be honor as winnings and as part of the wagering requirement.
In order to withdrawal the winnings, a minimum amount of $25 must be deposited.

You give out a ND bonus, then you say you don't offer free ND bonuses:confused:

I got that same email.......and don't know how I got on the list. I did NOT even consider taking them up on their spammy offering. Top Game has had way too many issues for my taste and frankly I wouldn't trust any of the casino's using this software.

Just my 2 cents.......

I beg to differ here, I did receive the bonus after asking CS why your site would send me a ND offer and then not honor it. I am certainly by no means an affiliate, webster or anything like that, just an individual player. Plus the offer email said nothing about having to be an affiliate to qualify.
If it were for affiliates only then why send it to everyone? Or is this a scatter gun tactic trying to find the affiliates out there?

I got the same offer, got the bonus and had lots of fun, was up to $4000 for a while and cashed out the max $100.

Two problems, first when I made the required deposit to withdraw my $100 just disappered, but talked to support and the said they would fix it. Then after waiting a week and hearing nothing I went back to support and they said it takes up to 15 business days for it to be processed which is pretty sad for a simple Neteller withdrawal.

Same here. Cashed out $100 on Dec. 12 , money vanished when I made the verification deposit.
Support fixed it, was told it would take 72 hours, later they told me 7-14 days.:eek2:
Today the money was put back into my account, 17 days after my withdrawl.
So I'm afraid the wait starts all over again..
I'll keep you updated.

Hi,

De Beuker and ZAP987, if you would both be so kind as to PM me your account details at Rich Casino I will be more than happy to see what the status with your payments is and let you know asap.

How about letting the entire forum here know why you guys sit on these cashouts so long that it is ridiculous to even think that a sane gambler would actually make deposits there!!

The excuse for these two should be interesting...LOL

Hi Mavin,

Just to clarify the offer was not sent to affiliates but sent to players of certain affiliates.
Kind Regards

Nial

You contradict yourself. Firstly, you say these players were not eligible because they were NOT players from "certain affiliates", yet you later claim you sent the email ONLY to players who were from "certain affiliates".

If both are true, then HOW did these ineligible players get the email, unless it WAS merely generic spam.

AussieDave has shown the forum that both the ND offer email and the later offer of a deposit bonus came from the casino itself, not an affiliate.

Since the casino "mistakenly" sent emails to some players who were NOT from "certain affiliates", nor had accounts at the casino, HOW DID YOU GET THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES?

Passing details between SISTER casinos is one thing, many casinos do this, however, passing details OUTSIDE the group is generally seen as "rogue behaviour".

This thread has given enough detail about the workings of your marketing operation that it would be EASY to set up a verification experiment to see if details are only being passed between sister sites, or are ending up outside the group.

Hi De Beuker and Zap,

Glad things were resolved for you both :-)

Regarding emails, let me assure you that no emails are passed outside the group that would be a stupid and pointless practice not only from an ethical but also from a business point of view.

I never claimed that the emails were sent only to players of certain affiliates, although I can see how my second post could contradict given the fact that I did not reiterate the fact that emails went out to other players (who are registered at one of our groups casinos).

Apologies for the confusion and yes it was a mistake and that is why we made the offer to credit all those who received the email in error with the $50.
Hope this answers your questions,

Best

Exactly right. I like their games, but won't deposit anywhere but Black Diamond, as they pay withdrawals promptly (I think their stated policy is 24-48 hours, but I have been paid overnight). I suppose things can change, but I am satisfied with them to date.

Hi All,

I should probably commence a new thread because this does make it off topic. However as we've got a Rich casino rep watching this thread, it seems as good a place as any to ask questions. Of course whether we receive answers is another topic altogether.

How about letting the entire forum here know why you guys sit on these cashouts so long

I'd like to know why that's so too?

There is no sane reason why any online casino can not pay its winners in 24 - 48 hours.

32Red takes at most 24 hours to pay me to Neteller. However the average time frame when correlated back to the times I gamble, is under 6 hours.

Plenty of other reputable online casinos pay their players within the accepted 24-48 hours.
Why doesn't Rich casino follow suit?

Of course I have my opinion...it's done in hope that players will get bored of waiting for their winnings to be paid, reverse it and gamble them away.

Cheers

:)

Dave

Maybe it is not anything special, but did you notice this?

It seems all Top Game casinos operate from the same address, so it is not a surprise that if you sign up at one casino, your details easily appear in a letter of a nother one:)

Interestingly at Rich Casino, and at other Top Game, besides they mention that they are registered at this address, they also mention they are licensed in Costa Rica in the terms and conditions:

'Rich Casino is licensed for business in Costa Rica'

Is this a normal thing? Maybe yes, I don't know. But it is odd that at one place they write their address is here, and then they write their address is there. How is it then?

Yes licensed for business. The same business license as the shoe shop or butcher would have.

Costa Rica do not have online casino licensing. However dodgy casinos claim they have a license for their online casino is Costa Rica!

Hi everyone,

Let me just begin by adressing the questions raised and excuse me if this post is relatively brief I am not at the office and have guests but did feel the need to answer this as soon as possible.

1. The adress mentioned is perfectly legit. I think the problem is that you cannot zoom in enough

2. Many brands and platforms use joint merchants with the same address for p.o, for example microgaming on Belize or isle of man etc..

3. Operators on our platform are licensed under topgame which has a license in costa rica .

Hope this answers your questions, and happy newyears to all.

Kind regards

David

Topgame was a software I had have hoped to be using by now, instead confidence is being eroded and undermined by what ought to be simple operational issues.

The crazy jungle thread with the different payouts on the same game never got resolved. Last I heard was we will look into it.

Its great a TopGame manager can come here to listen to our questions and sometimes take a tidal wave of flack. Get things right and I will be one of the first to rave on about how good your software and casinos are.

Mike

Of course I have my opinion...it's done in hope that players will get bored of waiting for their winnings to be paid, reverse it and gamble them away.

Interestingly, three of us here specifically want an answer to this concise question (why do Top Game withdrawals - outside Black Diamond - take so much longer than other casinos?), and the Top Game rep answered every question but that one, and moved on.

Quite frankly, I like to try to be fair, and admit when I'm wrong, but this dismissive attitude makes me even less likely to deposit on a Top Game casino. It's not a trick question, it's a question - with regard to withdrawal times - most of us ask before even depositing, and I think we deserve a clear, transparent answer.

I believe there was another Top Game rep who stated words to the effect, "that's just the way it is, you don't have to play on Top Game if the longer payouts don't suit you, cheers" which is a perfectly adequate response.

IMHO any and all online casinos can run their operations as they see fit.

However if the way they choose to do business falls outside the standards which we as players; affiliates and casino watch dog sites expect as reasonable, it's our prerogative to post our opinions on the subject.

What gets my goat, there is no reason for these absurd payment delays. Much less, having a maximum weekly cash-out of $2,500 limit. Especially when large bonuses and even bigger promos are offered.

EG - Drop $25,000 and get a trip to the Luxor in Las Vegas.

Lets say a high roller drops $25K and wins $50K.

On Rich Casino terms it would take 20 weeks for this player to received their winnings. However that's not true!

Given that players in this thread have waited weeks for a single payment, I'd surmise based on these reports a $50K win would exceed 12 months at least.

It's the bogus $50 free chips (mailers) that turned catalyst of this thread, down this road now.

Failure to avoid answering the Withdrawal Time Frame Question, doesn't do much to encourage faith or trust in the way players or potential players are treated by Rich Casino.

Cheers

I agree.

Editing this post, I see that the rep was entertaining or something like that, it is holiday, sounds like he has to consult with someone else first, so I will give him a break until he can come back and give an informed opinion, thanks so much.

Hi all,

As Nisobar so kindly explained in his second post I was entertaining yesterday and my answer was certainly not meant to be dismissive in any way I was trying to answer the questions that I could straight away and withdrawal times at Rich do not fall under my umbrella but are a question for the Rich representative.

I think in my time as rep (before at Thebes and now TG) I have always taken the time to listen and assist and never dismissed any question in my opinion and I do not believe that since being the TG rep things have changed.

However feel free to correct me if im wrong.

Personally Im happy to assist whenever there is a problem with TG or even a client because I genuinly want to see people enjoying themselves when playing at a TG casino, however do please note that I am a representative, I do not make decisions for TG nor do I make them for any of the TG clients and in order to get answers to your questions I do need the time to contact the respective people/companies involved give my advice, discuss and come back to you with concrete answers.

If I sometimes do miss a question please feel free to PM and/or post to point it out so I can deal with it asap.

Kind Regards

David

Hi David,

Top Game has come under fire for a number of major c#ck ups in the past. As we discuss items of disappointment through this thread, Top Game and its licensee's hold this page at CM:
https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

It's with this knowledge that I feel compelled to ask further questions.

I can't recall anyone from Top Game responding to the question(s) of that missing jackpot money, can you? As a rep for Top Game I'm sure you could answer this question & set the record straight!

If your unable to (sorry if this is hash) why are you representing the Top Game company at CM?

I would think that a rep for Top Game who can answer direct questions from players and members of CM would be a of paramount importance, if not a critical business decision given the current status quo.

It was mentioned in this thread that it's not only Rich Casino that has quasi withdrawal protocols. All except Black Diamond I believe expect players to accept withdrawal time frames that frankly are not even close to industry standards.

Does Top Game not provide suggested guidelines of operational protocols to their licensees?

It's not an unrealistic question, given that other casino software providers do exactly that.

What stand does Top Game take on a licensee spamming? And using opt-in lists that are not legitimate (be this via affiliates or not)?

Can Top Game not see the damage that a licensee can do to its brand by allowing Carte Blanche actions? More so does Top Game care?

Cheers

Personally Im happy to assist whenever there is a problem with TG or even a client because I genuinly want to see people enjoying themselves when playing at a TG casino, however do please note that I am a representative, I do not make decisions for TG nor do I make them for any of the TG clients and in order to get answers to your questions I do need the time to contact the respective people/companies involved give my advice, discuss and come back to you with concrete answers.

Well one thing TG does seem to do right is make fun slots. :)

If you do happen to get any info with regard to the question on extended withdrawal times, any input you can give here on that would be appreciated.

Hope your holidays were enjoyable.

Hi Aussie Dave (and everyone else )

I particulary wanted to adress the issue of the fact that you seems to be under the impression that the 192K jackpot question was not answered.

I believe the question was answered and unless memory serves me incorrectly this 'issue' was adressed and solved.

What happened was the fact that there was a problem with a jackpot feed on one of our clients. At no time was any jackpot removed and not put back.

As for your statement "I would think that a rep for Top Game who can answer direct questions from players and members of CM would be a of paramount importance, if not a critical business decision given the current status quo."

That is exactly why I am here and exactly what I have been doing.

As for representing Topgame please refer to some of my earlier introduction posts where you will see that I took this position because I personally believed that TG is serious about providing quality software and quality service and as long as I believe this to be true and TG continue on like they are now I will be more than happy to continue to do so.

Clearly I much like you i'm assuming would not promote/represent or recommend something that you do not believe in.

Topgame does care about the players, operators and standards that are exhibited, however issues such as withdrawal times are up to the individual casinos/operators and not set by the platform (which in my opinion is as it should be)

Finally I noticed another post of yours that mentioned the fact that you received a mail from Money Casino where as far as you recollect you had never signed up. Clearly I was horrified to hear this and had this checked out. The system shows that you (or someone with your email account) opened an account at Money Casino in 2008. Seeing how we are now in 2010 I can see how you would have forgotten this.

Would you like for me to contact operators and remove you from any TG casino mailing list ? If so please let me know.

To nisobar, yes my holidays were enjoyable hope yours were too, and glad you like the slots. On that note we are releasing a new slot tomorrow called Magic Forest, be sure to let us know what you think.

Kind Regards

David

Yes that would be good ty. It's impossible for me to unsubscribe from the mail list. Because the unsubscribe link is broken and has been for a week!

I just tried to unsubscribe from Thebes and got this:
xxxhttp://communicatoremail.com/IN/k87EcgrqdBYd_6CZkYZhx3n945VTJyD7/Unsubscribe.aspx

Unsubscribe Request

Unsubscribe Request Your unsubscribe request could not be processed, as you cannot unsubscribe from a mailing list using an email from a test dispatch.

A test dispatch

I guess that's one way to stop people unsubscribing.

btw that's not a isolated incident got the same message from Rich casino too, who promised me they'd contacted Top Game about the issue and it would fix in under 24 hours. Reiterating that was about a week ago.

Cheers

:)

Dave

Edit: To clarify SPAM. It's an unwanted (commercial) email that's been received without giving one's email address. It's also considered SPAM when one is unable to unsubscribe from a mailing list. But one continues to receive the mailers. That is then SPAM!

As your above unsubscribe link does not work, I've been unable to unsubscribe from these mailers. Now these mailers from Top Game casinos are SPAM.

FWIW, that address -- Kimonos 43 A, PC 3095 Limassol, Cyprus -- is one busy place. In addition to the casinos listed below it also hosts at least one Russian bride service plus a lot of other Russian businesses, several Viagra suppliers, a software company, one or more lawyers offices, a bunch of porn sites and so on. Must be one hopping place! ;)

Those casinos:

Aztec Casino
Bridge Europa
Casino Moons
Casino States (recently removed their address info, it was "Kimonos 43A 3095 Limassol Cyprus", see
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
)
Crystal Spin Casino (crystalspin.com)
Hera Casino
Mayflower Casino
Money Casino
Planet23 Casino
Reefer Casino
Rialto Casino
Rich Casino
Rome Casino
Silverbets
Spadester.com
Thebes Casino
US Blackjack Casino
YesWeCan Casino ()

Most of them have different "Property of xxx Holdings Ltd" though a few of them say "Blefondia Holdings Ltd".

Why do I get the feeling that there's a guy sitting in the middle of that empty field selling shell company registrations?

1. The adress mentioned is perfectly legit. I think the problem is that you cannot zoom in enough ....

Not trying to be a hard-ass here David but I think we might need a little clarification. The following two images are from Google maps, same resolution:

- #1 shows the address in question, clearly nothing there.
- #2 shows a typical building just a little South ... as I said, same resolution.

The point being that unless this hub of commercial activity is the size of a bird house there's nothing there. Also please note that the datestamp on the images is 2009, that's Google's datestamp not mine.

Until we have some evidence to the contrary I'd say we're looking at a bogus address. Could you possibly have someone provide a photo of this place, perhaps with a street address visible or somesuch?

Removed my backside!

Hi Aussiedave

I have just been informed that your email has been removed from all operators promotional lists.

Well someone is pissing in your pocket David because I just received yet another mailer from TheBes flogging Casino Moons

And guess what the unsubscribe link on that mailer doesn't work either.

"Casino Moons" eh? Would you be surprised to hear that they too are supposedly located at that magic address? That's what it says

:

The Address of the casino moons

Blefondia Holdings Ltd., Kimonos 43 A, PC 3095 Limassol, Cyprus.

Must add them to the list.

Given the nature of this issue I trust no one will object if I promote it from the Spam forum here to the Non-Bonus forum. I suspect the issues here go way beyond simple spam.

I think I've more or less said it already:
  • Why are a bunch of dodgy companies registered to the same address in the middle of nowhere?
  • Is there really something there or is it just a bend in the road and a patch of dust?
  • If there is really something there let's see it; if not why were we told otherwise?

As far as the casinos go I have a vested interest because I'm receiving an increasing number of complaints and concerns naming the various properties on that list.
  • Are these being managed by a single entity?
  • If so who is it? Who are the principals? Who is the point of contact?
  • If not then this looks like someone is selling pre-packaged "casinos" off the shelf. Why should we trust any of them?

There's a mess of information related to the casinos that just doesn't add up. Charges from the (now-defunct) Gambling Lord Casino (also registered to that address) show up as Rich Casino. The Whois record for Gambling Lord has been changed so that its phones now redirect to Winward Casino (???).

All of these casinos are listed on the

and their

as 'Featured' casinos. Obviously the link between the mother ship and the satellites is close yet the TG people say they don't have much at all to do with the individual casinos, in spite of everyone being 'located' at the same address.

My digging has also produced some pretty scary stuff. Bottom line is that I'd like to see solid answers about this place and these operations.

Like I said, it runs a lot deeper than some annoying spam.

I just want to add that since you feel the missing jackpots issue has been resolved, that not everyone agrees to this and I for one feel Top Game has decieved the playing community with feable excuses as to where "They" went.

The excuse of there was a jackpot version and a non jackpot version is also false as I had stated before, there was always only "1" version of these mulit-line bonus slots. Maybe there may have been two versions before I started playing at TG, but when I started in June of 09, there was as I said, only one version of these slots with the progressives.

Grant it I have not read every thread on this forum but if you would please brief some of us again on the explaination of the missing jackpots. I have been having an ongoing love hate relationship with TopGame and each time I have gone back and played I tend to lean more and more towards the hate side of how I feel about TG casinos. One of the reasons is because I for one feel we have just being decieved on certain issues and the playing public made to feel like we are thought of as ignorant.

Below is my post from CSR, from Aug 09.

by Eviecakes on Wed Aug 12, 2009 7:08 pm

Isn't it odd, when I first started playing at Top Game/Rome, Dougies Delights had the wilds missing on reels 1 and 5, then the jackpot was removed, now it has wilds on all reels, but the jackpot is still awol. Then Diablo 13 which initially had wilds on all reels had them removed from 1 and 5, after the complaints they were put back, the jackpot stayed intact on this slot. Then I discover the pistols missing on Fandango on reel 2, so the game is taken offline and then returned with all symbols back in play, except the jackpot on this slot is no awol as well. Two major jackpots just phoof! Just a thought..........
Eviecakes

Honestly, I for one am not satisfied with the fact that since the jackpots were removed from Dougies Delights and Fandango, both multi-line slots, neither one has ever been re-instated to these slots.
Each time they vanished they were accompanied by other symbols that went missing.
For instance, I had played Dougies Delights for some time, noticing there was never a wild symbol spinning by on reels 1 & 5, so next thing the game is supposedly pulled and then put back up with the wild symbols on all 5 reels and the progressive was never seen again, not even to this day.
Then TG starts tinkering around with Fandango and I notice the pistol symbol missing along with the progressive it had.

What also bummed me out was with all the tinkering TG has done with these slots they have gone from great playing slots with great and fair return for the player to just the opposite. When I started with TG on Diablo 13 I could hit 5 of the high paying symbol on a payline many times, since you have tweaked it after replacing the wilds, I have never again since seen more than 3 of this symbol.
So okay, maybe the slots were to loose back then, but now they are like trying to squeeze blood from a turnip.

A lot of people here are always saying what proof do you have, so I ask what proof can you show as to where these major amounts of money really went?
Or is it buried in a tin can at the bend of the dirt road near that camoflauged stealth business?

Hi Aussie Dave (and everyone else )

I particulary wanted to adress the issue of the fact that you seems to be under the impression that the 192K jackpot question was not answered.

I believe the question was answered and unless memory serves me incorrectly this 'issue' was adressed and solved.

What happened was the fact that there was a problem with a jackpot feed on one of our clients. At no time was any jackpot removed and not put back.

The removal of the jackpot and/or the jackpot game was admitted not once, but twice, on this forum, by two different TG/Rome Casino reps. I'm not feeling the greatest right now, but I will search up and find those posts. But FTR, the issue was never properly addressed, and certainly not, IMO, solved.

Also, doesn't it strike one as odd that there's never any winning SS's posted from TG? Are CM members simply not playing at TG, or are there never any SS's worthy of posting?

I did have one screen shot of a $500 pistol/wild win on Fandango wagering 0.75 cents a spin, but nothing worth posting since.

FWIW, I've heard back from David/topgame regarding some of the points raised here. Basically it boils down to this:

  • TG offers prepackaged casinos "for PCI compliance and KYC by bank", hence the same address coming up again and again.
  • nothing much said about verifying the address in question beyond the suggestion to "send a letter".
  • topgame-casino.com and topgameaffiliate.com are not official TG sites, they are run by their affiliates. "Our official website is www.topgameplatform.com and should display accurate information."

There is indeed a more complete list of TG properties at the official TG site. Some of those links point to sites that are not functional (Gambling Lord, US Blackjack, etc). A good number of the TG sites give little or no address information.

Given the nature of this issue I trust no one will object if I promote it from the Spam forum here to the Non-Bonus forum. I suspect the issues here go way beyond simple spam.

I have no problems Max...Good call

Spam is spam but what's coming to light with these casinos is something that certainly needs more attention & investigation.

Cheers

:)
