Hello, I recieved 15 freespins on monday the 26th of june worth 7$ and made a nice 186$ fully withdrawable amount.
So i withdrew it the same day and the support flushed it for me and i had to sent all the requested documents and they where all accepted.
But the weird thing is that my withdraw status is "processed-confiscation" and even the livesupport dont know what that means....
The livesupport said that they are going to contect the casinomanagement, but iam going on holiday this monday for 11 days and i dont know if they can confiscate my money if i dont react on time. So i think waiting 8 days or more for a microgaming casino is not really normal right?

BTW, i see that WildJack casino is no longer part of the JackpotFactory group...

Thanks,

Coen Hallie

What games did u play, and how much did you bet each spins / game? it could be the reason, as i think its max 20% bets, so if You were making like 2$ bets at a slot, they are in their rights to confiscate :( Or if You had a strange playing pattern... If not then You have to chase them for Your winnings, i dont think they are on the acreditted casinos list anymore?

I still see them listed here:

https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/

Under Microgaming/Jackpot Factory Group, last casino listed under JPF.

You should try sending a PM to their rep Coenie. Go to the IGaming Forum Rep links at the top of the forum, and scroll down until you see Jackpot Factory. Click on their profile, and make sure you send them a Private Message, as opposed to Public Message. Make sure to include your account #, etc., and ask them to look into it for you.

Wow, first I have heard of this. Were they bought out by someone else I wonder?

Gonna draw Bryan's attention to this on Monday, and see if he knows anything more about it.

Thanks for the info/update Coenie.

EDIT: Just took a quick look at the Jackpot Factory website, and it does only show Allslots, Alljackpot, FirstWeb and VIP Lounge now.

Does anyone who plays at Wildjack ever receive any notification that they were no longer part of the JPF group?

You might want to consider the Pitch-A-Bitch process, our member complaint service. We've had a few PABs against Wildjack recently and have successfully resolved them all.

You'll find all the info on the Pitch-A-Bitch (aka 'PAB') process here: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

Please do us both a favour and read the FAQ in full before you submit a PAB. When someone does a PAB they have responsibilities too and the FAQ explains those in detail.

PS. I believe Bryan knows about Wildjack's recent move. It's my understanding that that info will be updated shortly.

No, not at all. The last communication I had from Wild Jack was to remind me that my account would have the balance and comps removed because it was approaching 6 months of inactivity. I ensured it remained active, so it should be down as an "active account", and surely I should have received SOMETHING to inform me of this move, since it WOULD have the effect that play at Wild Jack would no longer count towards JF promotions.

It seems that YET AGAIN players are the last to know, but often the FIRST to be affected, by such moves. The new owners may well have introduced significant changes in the terms and conditions, but I would STILL be expecting general JF terms to apply, as well as my VIP status and "special" reduced WR BONUS terms to apply.

It was a bit strange for me that one casino alone of the group change payment processor, but as I am still fairly novice to this industry I didn't know exactly what other changes could it imply. And wasn't bothered much with it anyway.

Sorry for my late reply, i thought it was easier to find an internetcafe in Portugal :)

Yes, i finally recieved my 186$ into my Moneybookers account, i dont know if thats because i filled in a PAB but i am happy with the outcome.

Thanks Wildjackcasino, and Max!
