Resolved Winomania not accepting bank statement

So i signed up to winomania 6 days and deposited £10 using paysafe. I was lucky and got it up to 550 the same day so decided to cashout. I have sent in my driving licence and bank statement but they wont accept it because there are no transactions on the bank statements because i dont use it. My wage gets paid into my partners account so she pays all bills etc. I dont like her knowing i gamble hence why i use paysafe (cash). Not sure what i can do. I have had my friend send some money to my account so there is a transaction on there and sent this to the casino but again this is not accepted

I would love to say that maybe it's because of the presence here of your issue. But whichever, glad it's sorted to your satisfaction and winomania have coughed up.
