I joined ABC a few days ago and spent 2200 quite quickly and lost all of it. No problem with the amount lost, I had won quite a bit the day before so I was prepared to lose it as this was fun for me and within my own entertainment budget.

I then had to be verified and this was accepted.

Then I got an email from their safer gambling team requesting me to complete an open banking check. I did this but I deposit via paypal. I have tried to reach out to them showing my statement from paypal showing the transactions and my details proving it is my Paypal but had no luck contacting them.

I had £220 in cash back and withdrew this but it is being held. Can someone help me getting this sorted please.

Thank you, I completely understand the checks and am okay with it. I dont know why they made me do open banking when the deposits are via paypal. I sent them an email with the Paypal docs and they dismissed them and said they dont need them as I have done the opebn banking (this was over 3 days ago)

EDD review is not the same as KYC verification, these actually take time. Consent was given so we can conduct our review and therefore withdrawal pushed through. Review will be completed either today or tomorrow.
