    Ok so im looking around for a new casino to try to see if my luck will change.
    I come across grand hotel on the accredited list so i take a look around.
    I like those games so i read their bonus is 100% on first deposit i join up with the casino and get a confirming email deposit now and get 100% bonus and 12 dollars to try us free. Now email says go here to claim the bonus after deposit so i go there and next i know bonus isnt valid any longer. So i try their phone number for canada and surprise its to downsview park toronto. Anyone else had any probs with this casino before i play should i ask for my money refunded

    Just thought i should say that the casino did add my bonus to my account.
    But still doesnt seem to understand the phone number for canada issue.
    they sent me another email one from accounts and one from support if you need further help plse try using the toll free number for live help. When you do a google search with that number they provide Canada 1 877 952 2222, up comes downsview park dundas street toronto plus a few others with close numbers and grand hotel casino.

    I've never had any issues with them, none at all, and have always received my payouts fast too...I would check with them though about signing up at the other casinos in the group and taking sign up offers from each of them just to make sure they are OK with that !!

    It seems to be a error that was all i did get my bonus i was really more worried about the phone number they had used. But the manager was kind enough to email stating they are working on it as we speak and gave me a private office number if i need further help, So do i move this msg over to a dif thread or leave it here. And yes i take it from the last email that this seems to be casino i will deposit in again as being they took care of this issue. sorry for 3 posts almost back to back i just wanted to make sure i kept you all posted with what was going on seeing as if i can take the time to post whats wrong i should take the time to post what has been made right.

    Grand Hotel Canadian phone number still incorrect on site

    This phone number has been wrong for some time, and still is as of today. They do not seem to have live chat, but I am glad that they seem to pay their winners. Should be pretty easy to change text on a page, seems poor management not to rectify this promptly.

    I took their word for it when they called me wasnt till i had read a dif post
    complaining about their support that i went to check and its still the same.
    You would think they would pull that off right away, i take it there is only
    a few canadians playing.

    I am sure if the incorrect number was for the Canadian POLICE they would change it quickly, after all, I am sure the police would wonder why they got all those calls from fellow Canadians asking about their online casino account, and would want to investigate this possibly being an internet scam.
