Hi All,
I just tried to self-exclude from Redbet casino only to be told that it could only be actioned in their "Red Casino".
In their "Blue Casino" (this is where I mainly play) you can apparently only set betting/deposit limits, however these limits can simply be removed by the player and you can resume playing. In their "Live Casino", self-exclusion is up to the third-party operator to action.
Is this how self exclusion works?
It sounds like their trying to make it hard for me to self exclude.
Thanks
