really need help cause this is driving me bonkers (tech related)

    not quite sure where to put this,

    ive got the most insane problem with skrill and deposits its a bit long this and im hopein the brains here can help,

    right i only play vs/guts/risk/and 32red and whats happening is when i go to deposit via skrill it comes up with the payment page

    and i click and it says (your password or email don't match our records) or (your password has expired) now i know there right cause i have them all on remembered and when it works it just goes strait to put in the last digits of card,

    now when this happens i also can not login into skrill i put user name password and it says (invalid credentials) then i have to wait a couple of hours

    and it works again /until i go make a deposit then either the same thing will happen or or will work,out of interest i never have a problem with risk it always works. ive been in contact with skrill who insist there's nothing wrong at there end, and i have no problem paying say shop online or using the atm,

    so ive cleaned cookies/deleted history/disabled antivirus/run a scan/disabled all addons/and tried different browsers makes no difference,

    its really doin my head in so if anyone here has any idea what i can try please let us know id really appreciate it,

    im on w10 and Firefox at the moment and im quite good on laptops /desktop so i can get stuck into the registry if need be,
