really need help cause this is driving me bonkers (tech related)

    not quite sure where to put this,

    ive got the most insane problem with skrill and deposits its a bit long this and im hopein the brains here can help,

    right i only play vs/guts/risk/and 32red and whats happening is when i go to deposit via skrill it comes up with the payment page

    and i click and it says (your password or email don't match our records) or (your password has expired) now i know there right cause i have them all on remembered and when it works it just goes strait to put in the last digits of card,

    now when this happens i also can not login into skrill i put user name password and it says (invalid credentials) then i have to wait a couple of hours

    and it works again /until i go make a deposit then either the same thing will happen or or will work,out of interest i never have a problem with risk it always works. ive been in contact with skrill who insist there's nothing wrong at there end, and i have no problem paying say shop online or using the atm,

    so ive cleaned cookies/deleted history/disabled antivirus/run a scan/disabled all addons/and tried different browsers makes no difference,

    its really doin my head in so if anyone here has any idea what i can try please let us know id really appreciate it,

    im on w10 and Firefox at the moment and im quite good on laptops /desktop so i can get stuck into the registry if need be,

    I have the same problem atm for my deposits with Skrill: "Your password or email don't match"

    Anybody an idea?

    If your using auto fill every time, maybe just delete the auto fill username and password fields in fox or chrome settings for ...ex.Skrill, all entries maybe something corrupt. Then have them save them again when you try the transactions, so manually enter it then save it again when asked. This has helped my end on some different but similar issues. If you haven't tried yet. I also would reset or refresh the browser. Obviously without your problem in front of me these are just quick suggestions since Skrill says it not their end.

    I don't make the auto fill, i have done this manually.
    And clear cache & cookies i have done this too.
    But it doesn't work, deposits with skrill.

    I had this problem also. I tried to deposit with an other webbrowser, an other computer, even on my phone with just 4G, but nothing worked.
    I emailed with Skrill and i got this reply:

    Please be advised that due to current technical changes merchant to merchant transfers on Skrillgateway are no longer possible.
    We strongly recommend you to withdraw your balance and register a new Personal account in order to use our services without issues.

    I had to close my account and open a new1.
    Took a few days but the new1 is working fine.

    No deposits with skrill.
    Deposits with Rapid transfer & skrill to neteller don't working too (Klarna was working).

    What is wrong?

    Can it be that it doesn't working with skrill because i have another skrill-email as my casino-email?
    Is that the way that i have everytime and everywhere the message: "Your password or email don't match"?

    Anybody else?

    Everytime if i want to make a deposit to a merchant i have the message: "The email or password you have entered has expired or does not match our records. Please try again"!
    But i have the correct email & password.

    What i can do now?

    just log in in your skrill directly, go to all transactions and stop all recuring payments showing on right side, it is because of 1 tap skrill
