Just thought that I would start a thread where we can share our experience with casino support in general, be it good or bad.
So here we go...

I don`t need any assistance, most of the time, but last weekend I had to ask for some.
No issues, just some questions in first instance and minor mistake that had to be corrected in the second.

Both have been handled quickly, professionally and it was nice to see casino support staff being more
than just, well, drones (don`t want to insult anyone, but we all know what I mean).

So, this is to Daniel and Michael from BetAt and Glenn from Guts. Keep up the good work :thumbsup:

Butlers Bingo - IanO 8/10 (IanO was a pleasure to deal with, and attentive) Live Chat 5/10 (Slightly impatient as probably only use to strictly Bingo players)

Lucky 247 - Rep 8/10 Live Chat 2/10 (long delays, and language barrier could be an issue)

Euroslots - Fredrik 7.5/10 (Reluctant hero, but came good in the end) Live Chat 5/10 (Hard to convince, but helpful once convinced the complaint is legit)


That'll probably do for now. To the good, thank you and keep up the great job! To the bad, maybe time to consider a career change, or step it up and aim for the stars, lol.

Edit - Forgot to add Euroslots to the list whom I dealt with quite a bit this month. Added above. I've also updated Butlers due to IanO's response below, and the possibility of a mis-communication somewhere along the line. I'll be fair IanO. :)

I responded to your private message as soon as I read it so this comment rather shocked me. I was also very surprised to hear you found our staff 'rude' and would like it if you could expand on that, either here or via PM, so that I may investigate further. Thank you.

I apologize if there was a mis-communication somewhere along the lines, but I can only go by the evidence I have. Your quick response here will help your rating no doubt, but I'd rather not elaborate on your CS as I highly doubt I'll be returning at this stage. Basically I got very confused by the sign up bonus, and misinterpreted your terms, thinking it referred to the bonus being available for either Bingo or Casino, depending on your poison.

This was obviously my mistake, but given my confusion, your CS could of had more patience in explaining it all rather than just repeatedly stating we are a Bingo site, hence it's a Bingo bonus. Fair point, but to those unfamiliar with Bingo, and who register to play the advertised casino, some more patience would have been nice considering my confusion was legitimate.

So basically I burnt through my initial deposit on slots, and was left with over $100 in bonus to play on Bingo, which I have never played before, and frankly found as exciting as watching grass grow. I didn't cause a scene on here, as I was to blame for misinterpreting your terms, and took accountability for my error. My original PM to you was more to express my displeasure, and to give you some feedback that your terms are slightly vague, and can be unintentionally misleading to those who sign up to play at your casino only. I wish I had the original PM to resend you, but I cleared my outbox, sorry.

Just realised I did elaborate on rereading the post, lol.

Not sure what happened with the PM I sent, but sadly I did not store a copy myself. I also totally missed your comment in that thread which is unlike me. I have just popped you a PM relating to your original mail both to address it and to make sure the PM's are working between us. Thanks and apologies for the slow response. After an informative private chat with IanO, I am happy to accept it was a failure of communication, and his response has me believing that he cares what players have to say. He took my complaints on board, and not only that, but he also already put processes in place with Bryan, to ensure there's no further misunderstanding for potential players. I'm more than happy with that outcome, and his rating gets boosted. I've also given his CS team a slight boost, due to giving them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't quite understand my concerns. They can thank IanO for that.

Thanks Ian, and maybe one day in the near future I will return.
 
Okay live chat 32Red 100/10 they are awesome. Rep (only had to call on him once and that was over slotmeister so not casino relate) 10/10

Red Fush live chat 8/10, Rep 7/10 (wouldn't manually flush my withdraw)

Guts live chat 10/10 and Ben 10/10 never have any complaints with service at Guts if live help is unable to assist Ben is always ready to help. They have always been a pleasure to deal with.

Harry Casino 10/10 live chat was responsive and answered all the questions I had. Also very pleasant.

777 Dragon live chat 9/10 rep 8/10 (Live chat flushed my withdrawal on request no problems at all)

3Dice Live chat 10/10 with them you don't ever have to contact Enzo the rep cause they know everything and see all:D Seriously awesome.

Betat rep 10/10 (both Igor and Betat)

BGO live chat 7/10 very nice but couldn't help me with my issue. Rep Paul 20/10 He tried his best to help me and worked very hard. I will be depositing once they get their new payment system in and or Neteller. Only reason is because Paul is so awesome:)

That is all I can think of right now. I don't use live chat a whole lot (only asking questions regarding documents and withdrawals and requesting manual flushes etc). I have had plenty of live chats who did not give me the answer I wanted over the last few years (flush withdrawals, dna needed for verification:lolup: etc) however they were always polite so I cannot give them a bad score because due to casino operational rules they were unable to comply with my request.

For me it is always the same crowd as I only play at a select few casino's so I keep saying it as they deserve the praise:

Really in general not dealing with any nasty CS at any of the above casino's.
Also the reps of some of them on this forum are 100% dead on.

Above casino's I would recommend to any friend with no hesitation.
Actually I got a few of them to open an account and play at some of these casino's. :thumbsup:

I do not give 10's as nobody is perfect! :D

Instant help seem & at least some 1s home till it come to asking about did I have any games open due to the fact other day games was cutting me of,
(reply) We cannot give you any free money) lol

I didnt ask for frees I clearly ask if I had any games open due to all the cut ofs and forgets, Any way I changed payment methods & hence reason I ask as some can be strick when games open and change payment, but seems gone threw already(accepted)
