Hopefully this can be a feature they can incorporate into their software eventually. If they ever get a UK licence, they'll have to anyway.

Nothing wrong with the rep or the casino, quite good in fact!

Just can't stand the RTG games bar a couple, not for me I'm afraid.

Once again, I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience with Raging Bull plus that the call center agent gave you such a hard time when requesting the self-exclusion.
I looked into the self-exclusion option and I am sorry to say that RTG currently does not have the option available (I suggested it though). Unfortunately, the only way to exclude yourself would be to either email support or request the exclusion via Live Help (as you did ...lol...)

Don't be a stranger, feel free to drop me a PM or pop in anytime to say Hi. Plus my offer still stands, when I am in the UK in Feb we must hook up and enjoy a few beers.

Cheers! As I said the RB casino is fine, it's the games/RTP I can't get along with personally. When you're used to 95-98% slots at Netent/WMS/MG etc. you immediately notice the difference between them and the RTG math model. Yes, the live chat was a shocker as you admit, but you have a good casino for those RTG adherents! You're a good rep and all your help has been much appreciated Jason.

The last couple of posts above mine are a pleasure to read.

It is refreshing to see that players and casino management can sort issues amicably and stay on what appear to be excellent terms, enjoy those cold ones if the day comes!

Too much tittle - tattle in the forum of late and I've never seen so many complaints and moaning (in general not RB) since joining CM, great to see positivity and honesty to boot! (Another reason I very rarely use the dreaded FB!)

I often get free chips at different RTG casinos and play them just for fun as it always ends the same way, bust and pretty quickly at any stake on any game, I soon realised why the freebies are so big, like 100 dollar free chip or 60 dollar free chip, its because you cant win with it 99% of the time lol

This is very true. No other casino groups give you free chips like this group does. I mean over the years ive been given quite a few...not just from CW but new ones that pop up and I want give a try. Ive had $100 free chips before.

You get nothing like that with any other software providers. So just goes to show how stingy their rtp is.

That being said, I do find club world rtp to be different than the rest of the providers. I have massive sample sizes from intertops, to inetbet to club world etc. I find club world to be very very tight and thats over an extremely large sample.

Thats nice to hear from Jason that they will honour Random jackpot wins , this is good news , i hope there also working on some no maxout chips , havnt played in a while at any RTG casinos, not sure about the free chips you guys are going on about , not seen these since my last punt a long time ago.
