I have recently been playing here not realizing until now all the complaints about this casino. Is it really a scam? Has anyone cashout sucessfully? I wanted to cashout but im afraid to send them all my info they requested if thier going to screw me anyways. Should I cut my losses now and delete this casino?
Does anyone know any good US friendly casinos that have good slots action with no hassles?

Thanks

HI Ziggyzag ]

Very sorry to see you joined up withi this group they are evil as hell beleive me.
If you dont mind me asking is the win big enough for you to worry about or is it only a small amount, if so, I woulnt bother- if on the other hand it is a decent amount I would send them in and buckle your seatbelt for one hell of a ride.

Please read the rogue section and bring yourself up to speed of the bad casinos.

You don`t have to be afraid of sending them your docs.

I have been playing there and have made withdrawals. When I started to play there I didn`t know they were "rogue".
It can take a month to get the money.
First 13 working days before they approves it(this is of course to give you the opportunity to cancel the withdrawal and and then gamble the money away) and then 7-10 working days for paying you.
This also gives the casino a months interest.

Coolcat Casino is on the rougue list for a reason. Best thing is to avoid them but if you want and have the nervs this is the things to do because you can use them:

Read their T&C very carefully and do not deposit heavy loads of money.

Do not use free chips in a row. Don`t deposit to small amounts between the free chips just because you can( I did at Cirrus and they finally gave me all my deposits back an threw me out  )
Deposit exactly 30$ only when you get a bonus offer that is good. That kind of bonuses that gives you an advantage against the casino. Sometimes I get offers like 300% with No max Cashout and No playthrough and that is great.

Deposit 30 and play with 120. The bonus money isn`t withdrawable. But you can bet higher and the bonus game or free spin can give you a lot of money when you bet 2$/spin.

If you don`t have a bonus like that you don`t deposit. Avoid every 600% bonuses with wr and 10 times the deposit max cashout because the casino has the advantage against you.

They are the sister casino of Wild Vegas and the best thing is to have just one casino account.

The casinos in the Virtual group is:

Coolcat (sister of Wild Vegas, just have one account)
Wild Vegas
Vip Lounge
Party City (former Bet Royal)
Vegas Strip (sister of The Virtual, just have one account)
The Virtual
Club Player
Prism (Sister of Slots of Vegas, just use one account)
Slots of Vegas
Palace of Chance
Cirrus
Cirrus UK

I have made 20 withdrawals from this group and those two times my withdrawal was denied was when I broke rules of T&C(according to them).

1. At Club Player I was stupid and played Roulette after my slots bonus had reached the WR.

2. At Cirrus I deposit 3$ between the free chips.

I hope you get your money!

Do NOT play at any of these casinos, ever. Same_old hit the nail on the head. They are evil. There are quite a few decent RTG casinos to play at if that's the software you prefer. Both same_old and vegetagirl provided you links to the accredited casinos section, which is a good place to start. Inetbet, Club World, All Star Slots....any of those are good places that won't mess you around for your money. With any casino, make sure to read all the T&C's before taking any bonus. Make sure you know what the playthrough requirements are and if there are any disallowed games. If you are unsure about anything, always check with support, and get it in writing.

Just stay away from Virtual.
