Hello all,

Im planning in joining a poker room however in mexico B&M casinos are ilegal, dont know about online gambling, there's not much legislation about internet here, anyways i just asked in live chat if i can join 32red poker room and they said yes, but... i've read here and there that casinos will take your money but wont pay if gambling is ilegal in your country... kinda don't know what to do.

Now that i think of it i would have asked if i could keep my winnings (if any lol)

Thanks for any advice, been asking around here(city) but seems no body knows about internet gambling :S

And to answer your question, if 32Red said you could play there, then you can. And you will also be able to get paid if/when you cash out from them.

Just do a search on 32Red in the forum here, and you will see many others feel the same way. They're very reputable.

Great, feel much more confident to play there now. I DID search the forum to know which casinos are the most reputable of those which i saw in the CM list.

Thanks :)

you should be fine to play there as well as sites like UB, Full Tilt and Poker Stars. Reputable sites will not confiscate your money if they let you play. That said if you get big wins you are best to withdraw a big part of it just to be on the safe side.

Gambling (including poker) may actually be illegal in your country and the fact that you are being allowed to play by the poker site would not negate this liability. I think it would be unlikely that you would be prosecuted but you should be aware of this before you play.

many thanks for your replies, i have succesfully signed up and even withdraw from an accredited poker room it has been a lot of fun with many ups and downs.

Thanks again.

poker sites

Well not all the poker sites do that, take ya money if you are from a country where the gambling is ilegal, there's a bunch of sites that accept people from everywhere, check this one for example: [ url removed ]

Just to show the pattern of ridiculous Poker Host spam by Lostghost on the net. This type of behavior shows why Poker Room Review gives them a D+ Sportsbookreview gives their parent company a D- and states "Poor, some risk to players funds. Poor customer service, etc." for their grade. SBG Global, a sportsbook with a bad reputation in the industry, owns Poker Host.

The Poker Host spam has been nasty and endless on the internet in the last 45 days or so. I deleted several multi accounters at BonusWhores and their Poker Host spam posts from the same Costa Rican IP as well as deleted spam at 2+2 pertaining to PH. They emailed us at BW asking why they were IP banned and did not know why. Here is an example of their spam still floating around. Do you really want to play somewhere that acts like this and gets some of the worst possible grades at SBR and PRR?

Lostghost, do you really feel spamming your agenda is really the best way to promote your site? Why not buy advertising or clean up the terrible image Poker Host has first?

Hi PokerAddict,

I am amazed that you spend so much time talking bullshit about Poker Host.
Thank you anyway for helping us, we will look in to that immediately.

As I understand it you are a former employee of Bonus Whores. Today we have a good and profitable cooperation with these guys. We welcome all poker players from around the world and most of all we still accept US players and tending to do so.
If anyone has any questions about Poker Host you are welcome to send me a PM.

Best Regards,

Tomas@PokerHost

which is why when I ask questions about withdrawing $$ won in a freeroll without depositing (and being subject to odd withdrawal conditions) I have not even been graced with a reply after 2 emails.....

Aside from this your blind increase structure is pretty loopy and plays more like a turbo after the first few levels...

Bottom line there are better places to play (stars, tilt, party, UB etc all spring to mind)

Hi ace4suited,

This must have been a while a go. Since we joined Tribeca players can buy them self into Freerolls by using their Action Points. If they then come ITM they will not have any problems withdrawing their winnings. When it comes to our blind structures it is very different. You can choose by, turbo, speed, regular and extended. Personally I think that is quite good.

Please let me know what happened to the $$ you had in your account. I'm sure I can work something out. Please let me know your username with us. You can send me a PM here.

Freeroll = just that, free, no points to it. What you're offering is a 'points buy-in tourney', NOT a freeroll.

So why are people all over the place virtually spamming PH? There's no affiliate ID's given, so apparently it's someone within the company doing it.

Check out the links PA posted, and the (few) posts that ghost posted. Why keep bumping threads to spam PH?

Hi Winbig,

I see your point. The action points accumilates when players have been raking. You can then use these points for freerolls so in a way you're getting back from what you have raked. That is in a way free.
However you would have to play at real money tables or tournaments before you receive Action Points.
On the otherside we do have a $5 give away about 6 times a day with absolutely no strings attached.

Im currently checking these inputs, me myself do not support spams like that in any way. If it came from our office I will apologize and make sure it won't happen again. It is better to have one represant like me who answer queries about Poker Host if there are any.

Does any of you know who I would contact regarding private freerolls just for Casino Meister ?

Thanks
Tomas

How come you have the same IP address as lostghost who was banned yesterday?

LMAO

As for my talking BS as you say I think my post is pretty well backed up. Your sb and poker room rate very poorly at SBR and PRR. When your site first launched on Dobro there were several threads about players getting screwed. I don't think they were ever resolved either.

You are correct I used to work for BW. I left on great terms as did the entire team and we are all still friends. It was time to move on. There is a thread there about it if you would like to search for a farewell thread in their OT.

I am not looking to start crap. The shilly, spammy Poker Host crap has been on my nerves for about the last month and a half. I have cleaned up more then my share of it around the net. Forgive me for hating spammers. I think that sentiment is shared throughout the entire online gambling community though.

BTW the PH issue I remember had something to do with seats promised to some WPT type event in Reno. This was when PH was a stand alone, even before Poker World and friends moved over there.

PH, since you are here answering questions what is your plan when Tribeca goes to iPoker? The posts imply that U.S. players are welcome which is true for just a little longer. Are you going back to Dobrosoft now known as DGN/Futurebet?

Is this the one you're referring to?

They basically STOLE over $1600 from her, and never made right. What a bunch of BS.

I would advise everyone that hasn't read that thread to have a good read.

Here's a pretty interesting 35 page thread about it also:

edit: lol.....I see at one point they offered her $400. Only when other places got involved and put pressure on PH. Can we say "Hush" money?

Hi PokerAddict,

We are not joing Play Tech, right now we are deciding which Network to join. We will still offer poker for US players in the future.

Im truly sad to hear all this bad feed back about Poker Host in the past.

Have a nice day

Tomas
