Prism-SLOW or no pay

Anyone else have problems here?

I was told 5-10 business days yet it's been 3 weeks.

They blame it on accounting.

tszpara, the answer to your question is yes others have had problems, infact probably about 99% of the people who have ever played there, they are part of the virtual group of casinos, see the other thread in section about virtual and do a search on these forums for prism and virtual, i'm sorry but you wont like what you will find out.

as to gettting paid, well to put it quite simply, you are never going to see your money again, i see that on another thread your having problems with another casino, i suggest you stick to the meisters list of approved casinos in future. i learnt this the hard way myself,before i knew about casinomeister, when the first casino i ever played at ripped me off, that casino was cirrus (another member of the virtual group).

also, if you have used a credit card to play with them, i suggest you get it cancelled as soon as possible, before you find yourself over your limit and having a shop assistant cut up your card before your eyes.

Is there another page I should be looking at.

I used Neteller.

I had forgotten I even made a deposit there until they called me.
I had them marked as blacklisted from somewhere and had removed the software from my computer.

Now that Phonecian and Nostalgia are no longer RTG I have no reason to play any more RTG casinos.

Played there and never had a problem. I would bet that 99% of non bonus players also did not have a problem here. Cashed out over $1000.00 and had my money in the time promised. To say that he will never see his money again is ridiculous. You don't even know the circumstances behind his problem yet. Was a bonus involved? Did he break the T & C's? More info is needed.

I used to play there often but actually had nothing enough to be categorized
as "problem". BUt somtimes they "forgot" intentionally or not payint to me.

If you would like to solve the problem, directly talk to the manager Tanya.
Her e-mail adress is just guess what put her name before prism's common adress. Or if you don't get any response yet, try "kindly" to adress them that you will lodge the complaint to Montana Oversea or publicize your problems everywhere you can find. In this case about "them", you can talk to Kelly the chat help woman and she will very likely "inform" her manager soon.
