Vegascrest, took too long to get paid

I have been back playing at Vegascrest and winning nonstop. I quit playing there for a while. It took too long to get paid so I avoided it until I figured they resolved their problems with their Processor.

it's been even worse this time around. Over 3 weeks waiting for a 2k payout. Support just keeps saying "We are working on it" "Our processor is having issues".....

It was a BTC withdraw. Should take 5 minutes. Over 3 weeks?? And i paid 10 bucks lol.

Just a heads up.. something isn't right here now >.<

This was my favorite place as well.

Will update after I hear back from support tomorrow.

Going through the same thing with them now. Ever since they were bought out it has gone downhill! All the cheap knock off games should have been my first red flag when they sent me 200 dollars to come back. Now its been since 4/30 I'm waiting for my withdrawal. I can see I am not the only one because over at another site, the complaints all say the same thing "the bank is being audited". That excuse has been being used since Feb. 2024.

They are now on my "Do Not Play List". Once/if I ever get my withdrawal I will close my account for good. They should be rogued and put with Cool Cat Casino and all the other casinos in that group. Because that is just what they have become!

Let us know what support said and IF you ever get your withdrawal

Wow, temporarily? I know some do that. I really need to quit there. They seem to be losing players as fast as they are getting newbies. It doesn't seem to bother them either. Have a great life!

Hey Wessie, I am not sure if it's for life, but right now I have no plans on going back. I do miss some players that I chatted with quite often, but that is about it. I wish you the best!

Any reason you left that you care to share? No problem if you don't want to, I'm just curious. I like 3Dice (lost a lot won a few times) but don't really like the chat, but I'm glad you met friends there. Some seem to really enjoy it.

I have been at 3Dice for 12 years, maybe chatted a few times. Recently, I said something about variance on the "GOLD" games and was absolutely attacked. Someone said something about how I shouldn't try to explain variance to players that have been there for years when I'm "new". I guess since I never chat they thought I was a newbie. I was shocked how aggressive they were so I closed chat and never looked back

Didn't see this post sorry. It took over a month. I have a pending withdrawal now for 500 and its been two weeks. This place is bad now. Easy to win, but payouts are terrible

Hey Ness! As of January 1st I closed my account.

I just came across this post. Was just talking to Anna and told her I might close my account. It looks like a lot of people have moved on. Ever since the sitewide was added it just feels different. I will stay play on there, but limiting my activity big time. But yeah, chat is bad nowadays.

My Vegascrest payout was received today. Took about 10 days. But I had to email them and ask them what was going on. Once they received my email they sent the payout. Wish payouts were faster on there. It's a great site with a ton of games. Sucks ;(
