Prism Defrauded Me

I am looking to see if I can get help in resolving an issue with Prism Casino. On 9/8/03 I deposited 500.00 with prism and got a 100% bonus. I played through all requirements and was up 8,013.00. I put in for a withdrawal and was told it was approved. 9 days later I was sent an email stating payment to neteller in 24-48 hrs. Long story short, it never came--- They kept telling me about a problem with neteller. On and on for over 10 days. I'm 68 and not in the greatest health so my husband of 49 yrs called and emailed over and over. Some of his emails were terse and firmly stated he felt Prism was less than honest and and was treated rudely by customer support by a Valerie in perticular. They then said only 5,000.00 would be sent due to limits on bonus winnings. Again no money was sent to Neteller. More emails, phone calls ended with Prism saying they didn,t want (Valerie's quote) some "backwater New Yorker who threatens to sue when someone breaks wind" as a player in their Casino. They returned 500.00(by neteller which now seemed to work?) blocked my access to their casino and again Valeries words "would see that I never could play at an RTG casino again. Is there any way to get these people own up to a player who is good and beats them?

While I do feel for you, you should have known that rtg casinos are all a scam. Look in the rogue casino list and you will probably find prism there.

I would recommend telling prism that if they do not pay you you will seek legal action to get their license revoked as well as inform their government of the fraud.

You have to understand, it is not that they are not scared, it is that they do not think that players will actually go through with any action.

Prove these con-artists wrong. Do everything you can to get them shut down. Sue if you have to. You do have recourse even though they are international. They are a buisness.

Also contact neteller and tell them that prism casino is a fradulent operation, and steals players money. Also contact prepaid atm, firepay, and all other payment processors that deal with them and tell them the same thing. If you don't get your money, maybe you can protect other players by putting them out of buisness. If you need details send me an email at pokermaven66@yahoo.com

Good luck! DO NOT GIVE UP!

Also,

I run a player advocate site as well. It is usually just for poker site related complaints.

If you want I can contact prism and see if I can get this resolved for you. I just need your first name and email address.

Let me know either on here or via email at pokermaven66@yahoo.com

pokermaven,

Your help just as anyone's support, is in my personal opinion very much appreciated.

However I clicked on your nick to see what site your referring to, however it is not listed in your preferences. Are you not proud of your site?

IMHO I think before anyone starts handing out any info to anyone; especially to a yahoo account ( don't you have a domain name? )

One should at least have an idea as to whom they are & what site they operate; a little brazen on your part I think to suggest this, especially in this context and in someone else's forum!

Ps I don't wish to nit pick here but for a person claims to run a site that offer mediation to poker players, why can't you fix your own problems? EG - Endless Problems at Big Dollar Poker !

First off Chaverel let me say that I'm glad you are here and welcome aboard.

While I have no doubt that Pokermaven is genuine and sincere, I think you would be best served by filling out a Pitch-A-Bitch form so that Bryan (the Casinomeister) can have a full set of facts to work with.

Believe me you will need all your "ducks in a row" (or so to speak) to go after these people. You've inadvertently stumbled acrossed the worst of worst with this Prism Casino.

I did have a similar incident out of some of these same people a couple of years back for about $10,000.00 that I was able to collect on.

I will be happy to provide Bryan with any information at my disposal in trying to recover your funds as well.

But do make sure that you fill out the Pitch a Bitch form. You'll find a blue highlighted link for it on the "FORUM" page. Have a good one.

Glodge,

I did fix my own problem at big dollar. I got my cashout. I just wanted to let people know how they treat their players. If you would like I can giv eyou the url of my site. I did not think it was appropriate to list my site on this forum as it may be constituted as spam.

So you see, it is better not to spam my site on another persons forum as your put it. My site url can be gotten if you email me or message me in private.

Thanks for your question. I just wanted to help.

Cipher said : "While I have no doubt that Pokermaven is genuine and sincere, I think you would be best served by filling out a Pitch-A-Bitch form so that Bryan (the Casinomeister) can have a full set of facts to work with"

Bryan has already stated that rtg casinos are listed in his rogue section. and that he will not help people with problems with those casinos. I was just offering to help if Bryan did not.

Cheers!

" I did not think it was appropriate to list my site on this forum as it may be constituted as spam. "

But I have no problem spamming my e-mail here in another persons site...Is that what your saying?

Personally I don't think what you did was kosha, but that's just me...

No offense intended.

And just for the record yes some other members have done this in the past too. However we all know who they are and the sites they own are known and have cred.

Sorry no offense intended, but in your case we know zip.

To all who have replied,
Thank you for your concern, I have "pitched a bitch" and Bryan has responded to me that his contact at Prism has suddenly quit. The Meister is going to contact RTG direrctly.

To Pokermaven: Thanks and I'll give you a letter later today when my morning shapes up bit.

Again to all:: Thanks and double down always!!!!

Hi Pokermaven and everyone else,

I made a statment months ago that I was not going to "entertain" any more complaints dealing with RTG casinos. But since then, I've changed my stance since a number of these casinos have contacted me and wish to maintian agood business relationship. No problem.

This problem that Chaverel has posted has already gone through the "Pitch a bitch" process though. It has made the rounds, and unfortunately I found out about two days ago that my main contact at Prism casino quit. Bummer.

The manager of Prism monitors this forum, so I made the suggestion that this player ought to post here and have this hashed out in public.

This is one of two Prism complaints that I received recently which concerns extremely rude behaviour on the manager/customer service reps. part.

Last week I had a incident where a CR from Virtual Bingo verbally threatened an old lady on social security. He was fired as a result of his actions.

Glodge,

First of all, you say no offense, but you put me down. You cannot spam an email in a forum, thats for starters. Furthermore, I resent you putting a person down, whose intentions were only selfless, and good intended. Perhaps you would like, everyone to remain silent, and for this person not to get helped.

Cheers!

pokermaven,

If you intend to interpret me, please do so correctly. My no offence statement, was exactly how it was said, no offence.

I think I spelt it out very clearly, that I viewed your support as appreciated.

However as I could not find your site in your profile; yes it's ok to post it there that's what the link is for...

As far as your reference to your e-mail addy not being spam, in the context it was used, ( I run a player advocate site as well. It is usually just for poker site related complaints. ) in my book it is; such a contradiction, my second retort followed.

At the end of the day pokermaven, I'm not here to start any fights or a war with anyone...However I see you still didn't answer my question to what poker mediation site you run, and what your domain is!

Maybe your a newbie, ( we all start somewhere ) so I'll throw you a life line & bring you up to speed.

Posting a yahoo account as a contact, after stating you have a poker mediation site, really doesn't give rise to your credentials, do you see where I'm coming from now!

;)

Glodge,

If you re-read one of my prior posts you will see, I will only disclose the url of my site via email. So far you have not emailed me.

Very simple. Email me and I will give you the link. I cannot understand your hostility, I make nothing from helping others. I have nothing to prove to you or anyone else. Have a good one.

Chaverel wrote and again Valeries words "would see that I never could play at an RTG casino again.

This could be the biggest favor that they could do for your Chaverel! There are more rogues in the RTG group of casinos than any other of the 'big 5'. You'd be better off staying clear of this platform all together and play at Microgaming, Playtech, or Cryptologic casinos, or maybe Boss Media if you like that suite (I personally do not, too boring and no vareity).

Dear Valerie,

Are you aware of the horrible reputation your casino has? If not, allow me to be the first to enlighten you of this fact. Want me to come and play at prism? Clean up your act, pay player Chaverel, and then drop me a line. Until then, shove your Bonuses where the Pope dont go roller skating!!!!

}This is the response I got from Prism. It makes no sense that they accuse Chaverel of threatening to do a chargeback of $500 when she won over 8K.

To All who are following this: Valerie Hart how many days was involved in the cash out that never happened????? you say 5 well I didn't get in touch with you untill 10 days after my $8,013.00 winnings as per your email. After another 13 days of emails and lame excuses about Neteller. We did contact neteller and emailed that correspondece to you. As to your fraud use charge----- Since when is a husband and wife of 49 yrs with joint accounts, residing in same home for 33 yrs, which sent you copies of NY Drivers license, Joint Bank Statement and utility bills fraudulent use of someones name. Did we not use MY NAME and DID WE NOT HAVE YOU CALL OUR HOUSE AND SPEAK RUDELY TO OUR DAUGHTER AS WELL AS MYSELF WHICH IS THE WHOLE REASON BEHIND MY HUSBAND DEALING WITH YOU IN THE FIRSTPLACE. Is The neteller account in a different name than the Casino account ------NO!!!! Is there a different name on my drivers license.....No!!!!! Is the phone number listed in a different name......NO!!!!!! was there a different name on the bank statement or utility bill or was the address different.....Well Valerie the only fraud I see is your GODDAMN CASINO. Can someone in this Forum recommend a good Lawyer .....At this point I'll mortage the house to beat these people......

PS to Linda 7 ..... Beleive it or not I got the same promo from Prism in my mail this evening. Can you believe the GALL of these people? I can't.

chaverel

Dear Chaverel:
Trust me, I know what scam artists Prism casino is. I also am a New Yorker, and I responded to Valerie about that remark she made about New Yorkers. I basically called her an asshole, and a liar. I also said that we are not the ones selling our soul, or anyother body parts (lol) to steal from decent people. I know she is a liar. Chaverel, I was very hesitant about posting Valerie's response, as I knew you would be upset. However, I thought you might want to know how she is choosing to defend her thieving casino by calling you a fraudulent player. Please try to stay calm and let Bryan handle this.
Bryan Bailey is an amazing person who does all he can for players. Additionally, Cipher also can assist Bryan since he had similar problems with this group of casinos. Cipher, is also a great person and very caring. So, between Bryan and Cipher you have the best of the best.

***hugs**** Linda

Linda 7, Thanks for the encouraging words. At 68 yrs young I still am amazed by brazen out and out liars. This whole thing started because my husband wouldn't stand for the run around they gave me. And now I'm a fraudulent player????? When I stared this the weather was sweltering, now the morning dew is frost. These people are consuming a lot of time.(LOL) again Thanks for caring ( about me and New York) Go Yankees!!!!

pokermaven,

I'm not hostile...sorry if I gave that impression...

Please tell me you don't run an ezboard...

?

One thing that is a bit alarming, and this speaks for the professionalism of this group, is that they divulged personal customer information to another customer to justify themselves. Most casinos would just reply that this customer was being cared for or whatever. And most casinos would fire an employee for breaching this in a heartbeat

The support people are also members of this forum, and have chosen not to respond to this here. They have also chosen NOT to respond to my emails as well. (gasp)

Real Time Gaming is aware of what has happened, and I'll be getting back to them to see what recourses they can take. But it would be nice to see someone from the casino pop their head in and say "howdy!"
