Hello!!! I am crushed I is destroyed... I of Rodionov Vitaly to me of 25 years. I play poker about 2-3 years. I have laid down to myself the aim to become the professional, to rise from the zero. In our remote place Penza, Russia (where I live) poker unique chance to be beaten out in people. Three months ago I weigh has devoted itself to poker: I have ceased to communicate with friends, I have thrown all than before was engaged, I do not go out of doors at all... And this beginning to yield the fruits: I have won in freeroll on PokerPlex (IPoker) 320$ becoming the first, in the same place have lifted to 900$ And here I have turned the look on room PokerTime (MicroGaming)...Two weeks ago has filled in there 600$ and for 32RedPoker (Microgaming) 150$... The rest has lost in Plexpoker... I weigh has concentrated on PokerTime there excellent Rake Race on 50000$ top 500. Then I estimated what to come in top 10 it is possible... I played very confidently, strongly, and is ruthless... For a week I have filled 5000$. I have thought that here it - my hour has punched. I was very happy... Built the increase plan bankroll. Hi Rodionov

Thank you for contacting the Poker Support Desk.

Rodionov, I had a look at your account and see that your account was locked due to Chip dumping. For various security purposes this is not allowed in the poker room and is considered as a serious offence.

Regretfully I will need to advise you that the account will remain locked and will not be reconsidered to be re-opened. If there is a balance in your account then it will be frozen, meaning that it is confiscated.

I thank you for your time and patience in this regard.

    Kind regards

I esteemed archives of various forums(TwoplusTwo, CardRuners...) and have found out that they (PokerTime, Microgaming) constantly grasp accounts. Working under one scheme accusing in ?hip dumping. As they in general work till now. It not single instance and at all the 100-th.I do not understand such policy!!!

And it before the Newest year... I remained out-of-pocket, without friends, without understanding, I even do not have means to give gifts to the aged parents. I ask you concern it more attentively. Now all power in your hands. I wish to return the money I want that justice has triumphed. I thank you for your time. I am crushed I is destroyed...

If you were chip dumping, the poker room has the rights to do this unfortunately. Chip dumping is not allowed in most rooms. On some rooms they do allow money transfers between accounts though.

@Arximag: Yesterday, 07:10 PM you sent in a PAB on this issue. When you submitted the PAB you responded to this statement, 'I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PAB FAQ', with 'yes'. In other words you will have read and understood the following from the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ:
Yesterday 07:42 PM -- 32 minutes after you filed your PAB -- you posted this thread in complete disregard for what you had agreed to in the PAB. Because of this I am discarding your PAB effective immediately.

Next time please read and follow the instructions given to you in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

If you do not understand those instructions then I respectfully suggest that you either get someone to help you with the English or you find another service available in your language.

The services of this site are offered in English: we are not responsible for your inability to read and follow instructions written in English.

    Hi Arximag,

keep pushing them. There recently was a case where they closed an account and took the funds due to collusion. When the only thing the player did was flipping at a HU table:p They reopened the account tough but that was one of the most ridiculous accusations I have ever seen.

So they make mistakes all the time, so if you are legit you should have your account open within a week or two.

    Hi Rodionov

My name is Francois and I am the Floor Manager currently on duty.

I have reviewed your email, account and the information supplied to us by Micro Gaming. Please take note of the following.

As per the Terms and Conditions of PokerTime:

The Rules section states the following:

    Chip Dumping

Chip dumping is not allowed, and may result in the following:

    * Players being disqualified and removed from the game.
    * Players forfeiting all buy-in amounts.
    * Players being permanently banned from the Multi-Player Casino.

    Note:
These decisions are at the discretion of the House.

    Hi Rodionov

Thank you for contacting the Poker Support Desk.

I understand that you are frustrated by what has happened. Unfortunately, the decision to lock your account for chip dumping was made by Micro Gaming, not by Poker Time. As we are part of the Micro Gaming Poker Network, we have to abide by their decision.

I can assure you that this decision was not simply done on a whim and that the Player Security division at Micro Gaming would not do this unless they felt that this action was necessary.

Should you feel that you need to take this matter further, that is entirely your decision, however, as stated, we are simply abiding by the decision made by Micro Gaming, as we operate on their poker network.

Please contact us again, should you have any further queries.

I thank you for your time and patience in this regard.

    Kind regards

This is a breach of their Gibraltar gaming license which states:

The Licensee hereby agrees that the control of the entire business of the Licensee will be exercised in Gibraltar...

You must register/login in order to see the link.

It is compelled that I will complain to the Gibraltar regulator unless your account is restored. We and not Microgaming should be in control of their business under their license conditions.

It would appear you are making no progress whatseover with the poker room concerned; I would therefore suggest that as you have given them an opportunity to address your problem without success, you should go ahead and complain to the regulator and let them sort it out.

The key word here is flipping. It is indeed near impossible to explain this away as not dumping chips (especially if one or the other lost a lot in a row). I'm sure that the other person involved had their account closed as well.

I seriously doubt that you'll get your account re-opened, but good luck.

I dont think this player has been flipping. I cant see how flipping can be considered chip dumping so it shouldnt matter if he did.

Altough MG decided in one case that it was collusion:oops: and only closed one of the accounts, they later reopened the account tough. That shows what kind of ridiculous decisions they may take.

    Take this scenario for example:

2 players sit at a HU table and flip 5 times. One player gets the short end of the stick, loses all 5 flips and quits.

From any poker room's viewpoint, this could definitely be seen as chip dumping...

At least with PokerStars and FTP (and possibly other rooms), they will give you the opportunity to tell your side of the story after they lock your account. With MGS, they won't even entertain any explanations..

Personally dont know of anyone who have had their account locked due to flipping. Flipping is stupid tough if you dont just want to flip for some small amount left in your account.

In this case its probably soft play that they suspect.

This suggests they believe you have RECEIVED chips "dumped" by another player. If you were dumping the chips, you would be LOSING. YOU may have played a strong game, but the other player may have played an unusually poor game in order to deliberately lose their chips to you.

A formal complaint to the GRA looks like your best option. Depending on how you made your initial deposit, you may be able to recover this through your bank, since the merchant have failed to provide you with the service, an online poker network for real money.

THEIR terms only allow them to confiscate DISPUTED funds, and this would NOT cover your initial deposit, and only winnings in so far as they result from another player dumping chips.

This shows it is possible for a completely innocent player to RECEIVE chips from a player considered a chip dumper, even though said player simply felt they had a weak opponent.

It also means that perhaps you are not as good a player as you had thought, since the network thought your winning streak was due to other players dumping their chips to you.

In my experience someone who doesn't take the time to properly understand the PAB rules is someone who just doesn't give a shit, all they want is ... well, whatever their PAB says they want.

My point it this: if I went to a Russian language site looking for help I damn sure would try and hook up with someone who knew Russian to walk me through it. And if I just plugged it into Babelfish or whatever and it didn't work out then I wouldn't be the least bit surprised. And I certainly wouldn't blame them for not being able to make sense of my trashed-up translation.

We offer our services in English: not being able to communicate or understand English is serious impediment to receiving those services.

Is that a bummer? I'm sure it is but we've got to draw the line because we just can't pretend that the language barrier doesn't exist. It very much does exist and the person seeking our services has to meet us on the English side of the line, one way or the other. And sadly machine translations simply don't cut it.

Trust me, I know how this feels. I live in Europe and don't speak the local language worth a damn. Without a doubt it is a constant PITA but it is not the locals fault, it is my fault and I have to live with it as best I can. In almost all cases that means getting a little help from my friends, as this guy should have done if he could not understand the rules of the services he was requesting.

I'm sorry if this seems hard-assed to you but the bottom line is that if the person can't understand the FAQ and follow it then they almost always end up being a big fat time suck for me. And I simply don't have that kind of time to give to help someone over their language issues, plain and simple.

At the end of the day the rules are there for a reason, not simply for the sake of having rules. If you think about where we're coming from you'll usually see that we do what we do for very good reasons and none of it arbitrarily.

So no, I can't cut the guy some slack because his case is no different than the Chinese or Thai or Chilean or whatever person who looks at our rules, sees gobbledy-gook and files a PAB anyway. Been there, done that, not going to repeat that mistake over and over.

Sorry to one and all who are inconvenienced by this but, again, we offer our services in English and anyone wanting to use those services are expected by whatever means necessary to be able to read, understand and communicate with us in English.

PS. If you want to volunteer to be the guy's translator then by all means get in touch with him. Start with the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ and let me know when you're ready to move on from there. Like anybody else, if he understands and follows the PAB procedures as given in the FAQ there will be no problem at my end accepting the thing and moving forward. But I cannot and will not pretend that that isn't the minimum requirement for using the PAB service because it simply is, for all the reasons cited above.

It seems to me the OP has no problem understanding English. As outlined above. It's possible that he can read English but fails to write it properly.

I also tend to think there is more to this than the OP is letting on. That's just my opinion of course.
