I recently opened a LeoVegas account. A week ago I deposited £150 and spun it up to £850. I proceeded to cash out £800 and my account was locked, saying verification needed. Straight away I provided documentation - one week later and chasing on live chat I get the same answer everytime “the issue is with the relevant department, they will contact you once checks complete, we cannot give you a timeframe”.
It seems pretty ridiculous to take a week to verify my account? I have raised a complaint with no response. I’m new to this site, so any help would be much appreciated on my next steps.
