Well everyone! My account at Palace of (fat) Chance (your gonna be paid). Was indeed reopened. Now here is the funny part.
I emailed Dean who WAS the employee (now manager) who phoned my home the day I won that random jackpot, and told me I would be paid if I followed this procedure (explained in the letter below)... I did ask him if he was going to give back some of the funds I had won as he was the one who called my home that day. here is his reply...
Dear (let me spell your first name wrong... )
I'm very sorry but I can not credit back money that was removed by accounting. You are more then welcome to play and have no problems cashing out here. Just remember the goldedn rules. FREE CHIPS if you ask for them you know don't want anything stoping you again

Funny thing. The money was not removed by accounting. (I have screen shots and copies of all chats to prove it!) It was a "Managers Withdrawal" that wiped out my account.
No negotiations. I remember that YOU were the one to call my home and tell me "I just spoke with Andre and yes you will be paid, just cashout like this....request $2500.00 because we just paid a big win, Playthrough another $1000.00, when the first request is processed and paid then request the next $2500.00).. So I followed your rules and was dragged along for 10 days waiting for a wire transfer that never was put through. I also hit for another $2500.00 playing blackjack in the middle of everything. But I was only reimbursed deposits made to Andre's casino via my bank.. all click2pay payments were ignored.
So, I find it hard to believe if a players "pending cashout" and "balance" are wiped out via a "managers withdrawal" that the new "honest" manager can not put those funds back!
I am not that naieve dean.. you pretended to care about the players and how Andre was treating them. You actually told me "Andre" is "doing this to alot of the players"......... hmm
thats ok.. when you became manager I started a thread a Casinomeister's forum informing them that it was under new management. I also let them know I would keep everyone posted as to what would happen. I have proved I am not a bonus abuser. I sent documents to Andre with ALL of my deposits not just the ones from the bank, but the ones from click2pay also.
So there was no need to imply that in your letter. He proved he was in the wrong by refunding me my bank deposits.
Until Palace of Chance is out of the Rogue Pit, I won't deposit a dime.
