    Any one else notice the Palace of chance has a new manager? He actually checked in here today! now for the unbelievable news... its the same person who called my house when I won and said I would "definately be paid" .. I recieved an email with a promo... so I wrote back and asked the infamous questions...
    1) I was locked out
    2) my account and pending payout was wiped out...


    now lets see what happens.. I am really not gonna hold my breath but wouldn't that be sweeeeeet!! :D

    You don't have to be mystic to guess the outcome on this one :rolleyes:

    Without naming casinos (you can all work it out) there seems to have been a few of these threads recently where new managers have appeared at some of the, shall we say, less reputable casinos promising to clean up their act.

    I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they may have the best intentions to do this (and maybe will in the short term), unfortunately in the long run the owners have not become angels overnight and the same dubious practices will continue....

    The day POC gets on the Accredited Casinos list is the day I give it a shot, although even then it would be with some trepidation.

    Actually tim, he is the one who almost lost his job (so to say) and he is also the one who told me that Andre had been pulling the "bonus abusers" claim with "ALOT" of customers. I really don't expect to get paid the rest, to be honest. (It would be nice, as I did have the second hit on blackjack in the middle of it all for $2500.00) all I ever saw was a refund of deposits made to them from my bank. The amount paid to them through click to pay was ALOT Higher and I never saw that.

    Just saying It would be a nice surprise to be paid.. but then again Inetbet is the only one who actually pays the players and FAST! (see the new thanks thread for them. (I cashed out 400 in the middle of the night and it was in my account this morning) :thumbsup: WTG INETBET

    It seems that the Virtual Group has had a good deal of recent manager turnaround. Cool Cat has a new manager (Chris), and BetRoyal got a new one a couple months ago (AJ).

    I don't know what to make of it.

    Hi Rhino,, the new manager is Dean.. he is the one who called my house to say "I just spoke with Andre and yes you will be paid, just do it like this... withdraw $2500 at a time and play through another $1000.00 and when the $2500.00 is paid, then request the next $2500.00, we just had a big win so it is easier to do it this way"

    I won't make anything of it "the new managers" ... until I see some effort on thier part. We all got burned pretty bad. I think it would probably sink them to pay off any promised wins during the reign of thier "Martyr Managers".

    Besides the email invite to a casino I am locked out of..I still have not heard from thier new manager as of this morning, I did try live chat last night and was told he was in this morning. Then I got a call back by VIP lounges new manager..... (lol)

    well .. to update.....

    I have yet to be able to contact Dean the new manager.
    Despite doing everything his support has recommended. First they said email him, so I did,,, and never heard back, so I tried their chat because I still can not access my account even thought I received an invite.... see below.
    last night they told me to call him "in the morning", I did,,, I was told he "stepped away from his desk can you call back" I did.. 3 times then was told to try to reach him through live support , I did.. they told me to email him.. which I did and still nothing....
    I really didn't expect anything more... (maybe I was hoping he was the honest one) RIGHT! As of now I have not heard a thing!

    Hey, if you've met your playthroughh requirements, don't let them badger you into wagering more in between withdrawals. It's not necessary that you do so, and they can't make it so.

    I had a snafu at POC that lasted for... months. Denied withdrawals, and cashier history made it look like they were trying to garnish winnings, but I could never get a hold of the manager for a straight answer. Finally after around a month of semi-serious efforts, I got a hold of Andre on a livechat, and the withdrawal was processed no problem.

    The virtual group's accounting processes seem about as disorganized as my email inbox. :)

    :D An update would be... My account is unlocked and I was given a free $50 chip:eek: ... unfortunately it doesn't make up for the pending $2500.00 withdrawal and the balance of over $2000.00 that was wiped out, and needless to say I can not see making a cash deposit to someplace that had no problem taking my winnings and balance besides they are Rogue .

    I usually only play Inetbet tim, but if I have a dry spell..I look around for a bit.
    After all, I have only had the pleasure of a cash out there once. But I am hoping to have many more in the near future as it was the most pleasurable cashout experience in my life! (8 hours and it was in my account, only 400 but a cashout that was indeed paid promptly!) :D

    :cool: Well everyone! My account at Palace of (fat) Chance (your gonna be paid). Was indeed reopened. Now here is the funny part.

    I emailed Dean who WAS the employee (now manager) who phoned my home the day I won that random jackpot, and told me I would be paid if I followed this procedure (explained in the letter below)... I did ask him if he was going to give back some of the funds I had won as he was the one who called my home that day. here is his reply... :lolup:

    Funny thing. The money was not removed by accounting. (I have screen shots and copies of all chats to prove it!) It was a "Managers Withdrawal" that wiped out my account.
    No negotiations. I remember that YOU were the one to call my home and tell me "I just spoke with Andre and yes you will be paid, just cashout like this....request $2500.00 because we just paid a big win, Playthrough another $1000.00, when the first request is processed and paid then request the next $2500.00).. So I followed your rules and was dragged along for 10 days waiting for a wire transfer that never was put through. I also hit for another $2500.00 playing blackjack in the middle of everything. But I was only reimbursed deposits made to Andre's casino via my bank.. all click2pay payments were ignored.
    So, I find it hard to believe if a players "pending cashout" and "balance" are wiped out via a "managers withdrawal" that the new "honest" manager can not put those funds back!
    I am not that naieve dean.. you pretended to care about the players and how Andre was treating them. You actually told me "Andre" is "doing this to alot of the players"......... hmm
    thats ok.. when you became manager I started a thread a Casinomeister's forum informing them that it was under new management. I also let them know I would keep everyone posted as to what would happen. I have proved I am not a bonus abuser. I sent documents to Andre with ALL of my deposits not just the ones from the bank, but the ones from click2pay also.
    So there was no need to imply that in your letter. He proved he was in the wrong by refunding me my bank deposits.
    Until Palace of Chance is out of the Rogue Pit, I won't deposit a dime.

    In english tim this means if you use free chips at POC they will find a way to keep your winnings!

    Note; Dean was the one who called my home and said he spoke with Andre and I would be paid. Then they claimed Bonus Abuse. He has now reopened my account and it is active with .... YOU guessed it! A Free chip in it. NOT the balance they took or the pending withdrawal. Funny he said he can not reimburse funds taken by accounting but I have screen shots to prove and the chat to prove it was a "Managers Withdrawal" that took those funds!

    Started on April 15, 2007 I do not think that you who is new to this forum (allegedly) should jump to any conclusion as to whether or not I was "nice". As a matter of fact #1) I thought dean was a friend... I was wrong.
    #2) If you read that thread you will get the whole story!
    #3) I have had more conversations with them where for 10 days I believed my money was being wired.. and I was always nice. (As we ALL tend to be when attempting to claim our winnings!!) :D
    I proved in the end my deposits exceeded my bonuses.... my suggestion would be to please do all your research before assuming a forum member is not in the right or has passed judgement or been rude. Some of the other forum members would be alot harsher than I.
    Makes me question your motives as a first time poster here!! First of all
    "Massive amounts!" ???? (yet you do not list them !?! )

    Anyone else have input!? I would love to here from other forum members! I think it is awfully strange to post this now!! Especially for a first post... if you check out the "Rogue" section and complaints there are many, many against POC lauriejim

    I am still wondering what would make Laurijim assume I had not been polite or anything else for that matter.
    I saw alot of assumptions toward me yet alot of "hype" regarding a "Rogue" casino. Although the member since 2006 might make them a member longer than I, I did consider this "Hype" strange for a first post here. (which brings another burning question which I will address after some more research.)
