    I'm new at the casinowrld, playing agame is that what I did....until I found how easy it is to play roulette with one zero. I began looking for casino's with a rouleete game with 1 zero. I have not a single idea about wagering of bonuses..so I just play with a depo of 30 with an E-wallet on interet and got a big of bonus. Uou won't belief it, but, it is so easey to trick tthe groupier to turn the ball at your number....and...I won..for me it was a big money...and I withdraw the winning...got a mail with the message it's OK and I wil be refund in 4 woking days to handle it. OK...i did it again..depo 100 for big winning...but...I lost...depo again 100...and..every time..the bonus added,...so, when I though I had enaogh won and it's time to withdraw...I was blockoff, count login anymore. Bij qeusting the reasons why I was blockoff, they told me, I have enter the wrong password. It's impossilble I told them, I have an auto llogin...never had to enter my pw or user. But, you must have...otherwise itwasn't blocked. So if you wait for a few minutes you can login again..Si I did...but My credits are gone...mail them again...got mail back, that I havenot fullfill the wagering of the bonus...I do have read their Terms and Condition
    I depo 100...lost..depo again--100 ...lost...depo 40.........We trired to do it very wel...after a while at the dredit of 530 I withdraw again...something as 300 and de credits leftover 230, that not greede isn't it? play again...won till 449...then my account blocked again...call them by Skype....to Canada; wel the same excuse...i have enter the wrong ppword, take no for ans answer like impossible...It is not the wagering now...but, the ID,,,I have to sent my ID + the bill caccount of my energy from at least 3 months old. But I have an E-Wallet where I did the transfer to and from the casino and me..never mind all of that, and remember, we..the Casino...can take all the credits without gining any reason at all..just read the terms and cond. nr.10:09...blablabla.... So my lawyer said, partipatation on my health, to give them what they ask. I send then all the documents they asked, even my marriage licensee.

    I don't believe they're accredited and I know this casino group has had many problems in the past.

They do seem to have reversed this policy over the last twelve months and have engaged with mediators on two other site, even going so far as to reverse a five figure spirit of the bonus fund confiscation that came to light at the CasinoMeister forum. This is encouraging, but doesn’t rebuild the trust that’s been squandered over the previous 7-8 years and it certainly does not help that they’ve refused to work with Gambling Grumbles on two occasion in the last 3 months (see You must register/login in order to see the link. and You must register/login in order to see the link.).

    Sending ID and other documents is normal. I know of only one casino I've played at that gave me my $1000 without asking for anything, and that was RedBet. I'm waiting for another $1000 from Lucky247 but I had to send my photo ID and phone bill.

    Hopefully someone can help you! It's absurd that these casinos never give you a hard time when depositing, just when they have to pay out.
