Since you're asking for people's experience with Dama I will say this: years ago there were serious problems -- the old Warnings tell that story -- but that was ages ago and things have very much changed since then. These days I probably end up handling at least two player complaints a month regarding one Dama site or another. No surprise there, there are a lot of them, and you know how many times I see players get mistreated or handled unfairly? Absolutely zero!
These days Dama is one of the most responsive, professionally run large casino groups out there. So much so that I'm happy to take any player's complaint against any Dama casino without hesitation and you know why? Because it will be settled quickly and fairly, without exception. What do I think of Dama in 2023, from the player complaints perspective?
