I withdrew winnings from this company on the 7th and was advised a few days later they wanted docs. I had to wait for a utility doc to arrive before I sent them off. I then went into the account about a week ago and was astonished to see my withdrawal back in my account. I had a live chat and was told they had received my docs and my winnings would be on its way.

Today I went into the account and my winnings was back in my account for the second time. I contacted live help and was told they were waiting docs. I then pointed out the conversation of the previous week, then they said there was missing docs and I said why was I not told of the missing docs till now. But it was not missing docs they wanted my Driving Licence enlarged. Stone me. They also wanted a copy of the back of my driving licence, why they want the back of the licence beats me. They now say that it will be passed to security.

Not very impressed by this shower. I will let you know if I get paid.

How much was the withdrawal for if you don't mind me asking?

Last time I withdrew from Platinum Play the withdrawal was still sat at pending after nearly 96 hours, I had to give them a prod in Live Support to get it moved along.

That was only for a few hundred quid though.

Also note I always keep all emails/live chat logs when I have issues like this, so I've got evidence later down the line if it's ever required.

It`s beyond me that anyone living in the UK has to send in verification docs to MGS etcetera casinos, electoral roll, phone directories, credit check agencies spring to mind, i`ll never forget my 1st withdrawal at 32Red and I phoned them, just in case, regarding account verification, the response - `No need Roy, we have already verified you`, here`s a thought - As we all know there is a very close bonded relationship with E-wallets and casinos (Betfair and Moneybooker`s, need I say more), why the f*&k don`t casino`s get in touch with Neteller/Shrill etcetera the moment you deposit with them?, as once you are 100% verified, this could save a whole heap of verification documents tennis between you and said casino`s.

32Red group, Ladbroke`s, Virgin, Sky Vegas and many more manage a stress free withdrawal with UK based residents, then why the f*&k can`t the rest?.

Because they like to delay withdrawals for as long as they can, there's really no other explanation.

If they really want to do all the documentation stuff they can simply make it mandatory when you sign up. When I signed up at Pinnacle Casino they allowed me to deposit and play immediately but I got crystal clear pop up messages telling me that supplying documentation was mandatory within 72 hours of registering my account. They also supplied a secure upload server for this purpose.

I sent my docs off, and they were verified within an hour. When I came to make my first withdrawal it was processed quickly and without any further incident.

The real tell-tale sign when it comes to these 48 hour pending MG casinos is that they could ask for the players docs at any point in that mandatory 48 hour pending period, but no, without fail, they wait for the full 48 hours to elapse and then the next working day you get asked for docs. (So if the 48 hour pending period finishes on a Friday evening it'll be the following Monday before you get asked for your docs, which you then have to wait for to be approved.)

As a UK player myself, the conclusion I've reached when it comes to MG casinos is 100% crystal clear - play at 32Red, end of story. All the others are just too much bloody hassle, they can't even tempt me to play on the bonuses these days.

(And don't think the accredited list will save you either, GNUF, Platinum Play and Red Flush all gave me the maximum runaround they could when it came to withdrawals. Red Flush were the worst, insisting on a 'verification' phone call after I'd sent my docs to them, and then using the phone number I provided to make an unsolicited marketing call to me.)

If I fancy some MG play (which I have to admit, isn't very often these days), it's 32Red. It gives me peace of mind that should I make a withdrawal, I'll be paid quickly, without incident, and I won't get dicked around.

What Chopper said, no matter what excuse used for a delayed cash-out, they are, just that, excuses, there is absolutely no reason at all for none nigh on instant returns to an E-wallet, even reverse withdrawal time stamps, it`s our money ffs, treat it as such.

Fortune Lounge was once in my top two casinos.

Now I wouldn't play if they paid me.
