    Hi guys,

I deposited here the other day after they switched to microgaming as I enjoy microgaming slots. I got pretty lucky and won a large amount off a slot very quickly. I did not claim any bonus nor did I get a non deposit bonus. I played a bit more over the next few days and lost a little back, no biggy. Today I go to cash out. I deposited by NETELLER so I expected the cashout to be hassle free. Here is what happens when you go to the cashout link inside the casino through the bank.

    1) You are asked to enter the amount you wish to withdraw (So I do so). My entire balance is a cash balance and there is no bonus balance (I have also NEVER had a bonus on this account so plz noone say - hey you must still have to clear your bonus lol)

    2) You get a screen confirming the amount, you can either "cancel" "go back" or click "next". I click "next"

    4) You now get a screen entitled "Withdrawl Policy" . It explains the 24hr reverse withdrawl policy and the fact you might get asked for documents etc etc. Standard sort of stuff. Heres the killer tho. There is NOTHING to click on to get further! It says "Where relevant your withdrawal will be paid back to the same payment option and account you have previously used. Withdrawals may reflect as a single payment or in increments, depending on the payment option and withdrawal rules/requirements". This is fine be my as my deposit method was NETELLER. At the bottom of the screen it says "please select alternative payment". There is ONE option beneath that and that is "Solo and Switch". there is NOTHING else to click on the page - you CANNOT Withdraw. If you go back to the casino at this point the withdrawl still has not gone through. Someone has clearly been a retard when making this page - do they not realise its impossible to withdraw yet?. FWIW I tried clicking the "solo and switch" link anyway, despite not having either of these cards, but it again took me to a screen where there was no escape.

JESUS I WANT MY MONEY ITS TRAPPED IN THERE!

Send a PM to either Mario or Playshare. They are both members of this board, and Pharaoh's is one of Playshare's white label casinos. Both of them can be found if you click on Casino Contacts at the top of this page.

I hope this is not going to be typical of the Playshare white label operations. Surely they have had enough time to get this right. I have never heard of this problem with a "proper" MG casino (other than the Grand Prive Neteller issue).

It is possible to check the withdrawal page BEFORE making a deposit, and if there is a problem, just don't deposit until they fix it.

The issue was very speedily and efficiently solved by Mario. I got my money absolutely no hassle. He cashed out for me (I still have this problem on my installation).

Apparently my installation is corrupt. I have updated the software (but not actually a complete deinstall, fresh download and reinstall) but the withdrawl page is still ****ed up for me. I am sure it is ok on a correct installation tho. I certainly would be happy to deposit/play here again.
