i play since along time in Pharaohs, have made much deposits and also much succesfully wire transfers to my bank account (thats , why i love this system) - never had any problems before
but 2 days ago i have purchased 300 $ with neteller, played only a few rounds at the one hand BJ , stopped it then , because my daughter Laura was crying...
sunday i will drive in holidays, so i decided to initiate another wire transfer of exactly 310 $ (10 $ charge for the transaction) and webdollar confirms: "transaction succesfully- TID 226068
today i logged into casino and want deposit a few $ again and play a little bit, but then i looked at balance and recognized, that the balance shows 310 $ !
the cashin was back to my casino account
i have to inform you, that i have not received any bonus or something else and that the balance shows 0.09 $ before i made the 300 $ deposit and that i did not get any bonus for my last purchase, too - so i have not to met any WR
i logged into cashier and find: transaction failed: Casino managers request
i contacted webdollar and pharaohs CS , but they do not know the reason, why the wire transfer status is failed this time, no one knows, why the transaction failed ...?
thats the reason, why i have asked for the managers contact details
i have also mailed
supportmanager@pharaohscasino.com my "problem", but until now, no reply- may be its not the person David Silverman...
i can only guess, may be the reason is, i have registered a second private bank account for wire transfers in the cashier system 2 days ago , but this is possible and i want to make the first time a wire transer to this new bank account....
like i have told you before, pharaohs casino have processed much wire transfers very fast in the past without making any problems,
so i wonder a little bit , whats the matter now - also i have not received any e-mail !, which explains me, why the manager has requested to denie this wire transfer - i hope he will contact me soon, this all is a little bit mysterious..
one CS rep told me , that i should try to make a new wire transfer to my old registered bank account ,
but i do not want to act or play or do anything,
until i know the reason for the managers decision...
i hope , this is the correct way
