Partycasino closed my acc long time ago

I know that the PC customer service and VIP teams have strict protocols when it comes to responsible gaming. If your email asking for bonuses suggested in any way that you did not have complete control of your gambling or were gambling outside of your means they will always take the "safe route" from their angle and close your account.

If not and you go on to loose more funds then you would have recourse to ask for any further losses you had after you sent that email.

I'd take a look at the email you sent asking for that last bonus before they closed your account and ask yourself if you think anyone reading it would have any reason to be concerned about your gambling?
 
I'm not privy to the chats or emails you had with Party Casino, and I know english is not your first language. But they thought you had a problem gambling. I'm not sure how you expressed yourself, but sometimes the only reason you might possibly be dissatisfied with your account is if you had a gambling problem. I'm not saying that's true in your case, but I'm saying it might be a casino view.

You don't have a withdrawal denied because it, they have absolute right to refuse your custom.

It's not very common for casinos to refund deposits, so another casino thought you had a problem, and treated it retroactively. Seems like Partycasino treated it proactively before you lost more.

Why are so anxious to go back and play where you had such bad luck?

I dont belive in luck , I belive in time, I belive that its not about luck.

I desagree with that safe route, i think i gamble where I want, I decide if I spend one cent in online or ten thousands in live. This for me doesnt matter, and I always show to casino that I can get best offer with others casino than theyself. Maybe this can be a problem for they mind, but for me this is business, thats is how I think. I go where is more promotion/offer/comps/easy/safe, doesnt matter how much I will spend, but I will not tolere that they take advange of me, by telling that I have problem addcit, THIS IS MY BUSINNESS, I really hate when someone say that, this is very embarrassament of they part.
