I know that the PC customer service and VIP teams have strict protocols when it comes to responsible gaming. If your email asking for bonuses suggested in any way that you did not have complete control of your gambling or were gambling outside of your means they will always take the "safe route" from their angle and close your account.
If not and you go on to loose more funds then you would have recourse to ask for any further losses you had after you sent that email.
I'd take a look at the email you sent asking for that last bonus before they closed your account and ask yourself if you think anyone reading it would have any reason to be concerned about your gambling?
