Just to let you know Leo vegas was a great casino with never any problems until Ontario gaming emerged with them and now they lock people's accounts t and scam you of your wininngs They make you jump through hoops for verifications and keep asking the same thing ever after you send it give the runaround This is for even players that were already verified with them Watch out for the Ontario gaming that just have come about the procedures are crazy and not following any guildines

you could very well be right but based on your comments/post history since you first started to post on Saturday I would rather find out from more posters. it never is a good idea to just base things on a single poster for a well known Casino anyways.
 
Have my first withdrawal of $1200 in process with Coolbet but bank verification not accepted.
There requesting account number. They have screen shot of my bank statement that shows all my details and this has been accepted at all casinos I been playing for 15 years. My account # is 7 digits but there requesting a 11 digit # which is no were on my account. Made appointment with Bank to get a letter. What a pain. I like the site but this process been a pain. I'm with Alterna Savings when I called them they even said what Coolbet requesting is over the top. I hope once verified the playing experience and withdrawals are smoother after this but so far best exsperience that have been hassel free and fast withdrawls is with Betmgm (second withdrawl anyways) and Betrivers. Unibet been the worst for me to get verified and 2nd Coolbet after making a withdrawal. As been said many times, why wait to ask for these docs after making a withdrawal. Get the accounts verified before players start to deposit. Not rocket science.

This is the first time I've been asked to provide a screen shot of all numbers together with my full name details etc. It all has to show together on 1 page. Never in 15 years have this been requested. My statement has all the info just doesn't show those 4 numbers with my account number. I given them transit # etc but they won't accept they want to see the 11 numbers in a row together. Called my bank going in tomorrow to get a letter. They even said this is a unnecessary request the screen shot of my statement has all the info.

Deepsky, just send a snip of a void cheque. They accepted that for me in an instant. Edit: your online banking portal should offer you a virtual one to take a snip of.
 
oh wow Play OLG finally trying to compete...they have a decent amount of games....too bad they got rid of the only game I was interested in playing (Wonder Woman Gold). @Coolbet would love to see Wonder Woman Gold and other SG Interactive games on your site

Went to my bank they gave me a letter with all the details Coolbet was asking for. Coolbet approved the docs and was paid in minutes so all good. Now that the account is fully verified can't wait to see how fast my next withdrawal will be.

I believe Coolbet. com their main site does not offer SG or IGT, so it's not in their plans to add those. I can't find their original post but its on here somewhere
 
Yeah - it might look good on the horizon, but we are getting emails from some of the casino groups that state we can only advertise for them for Canadians in Ontario, and cannot advertise other casinos even for folks in BC or the rest of Canada. So be careful for what you wish for.

The Kahnawakes are probably the most hands on and professional licensing jurisdiction out there. So if push comes to shove I know which casinos will probably be listed here for Canucks. Unless of course we have to ring-fence the Ontario players into some jurisdiction of their own. I loath doing that for the main reason that GEO targeting is inaccurate - it doesn't work. You could be in the boonies in Alberta connected to a satellite internet provider, and your IP could be anywhere in Canada to include Ontario.
There are four areas that I know of that have provincial casinos, Manitoba, BC, Ontario and Quebec. The new Ontario regulations will only cause us pain as they shrink what/where what we can play...very dismal actually. The laws in the past were not consistent across the provinces.
 
Coolbet likekly would be pretty high up there for me if it wasn't for the fact that i keep getting problems with their geo location checks....when it happens i usually have to logout and log back in and then things are fine again for a while.
 
I was tempted by PlayOlg. Normally that's not a good thing....it worked out with this time. Requested withdrawal right after:

I never noticed PlayOLG has a way to cancel a withdrawal. I haven't done it but i'm just here to complain a bit....a withdrawal should not be withdrawable as a rule after 12 hours unless there is verification problems (which would only happen on the 1st withdrawal). This would be my number wish from iGaming Ontario. My second wish would be for the RTP to be displayed before you enter a game like Coolbet has. My third which i thankfully haven't encountered yet as I have never filed a complaint is that they took player complaints more seriously.
 
Having problems playing at Playojo. For location verification, they ask you to install xpoint which I have but says xpoint file is corrupt and does not allow me to open any games. I have deleted xpoint and reloaded but still its not working and my PC says the file is corrupt. I have windows 10.
 
Does anyone have any experience withdrawing from Unibet Ontario? My first withdrawal took days but now they have all my doc in place and my account up to date and verified I thought my next withdrawals would be smoother and they told me they would be.

In an email received a few days ago was told Unibet's average withdrawal time is 43 min and faster. Did say larger amounts can take a bit longer. Im waiting on $8000 and again its available to reverse and will be 48 hrs.
I'm getting annoyed with this casino in this alone on the withdrawals and customer support alone. It should not be reversible and I think this is where Igaming needs to enforce and make it illegal for casinos to hold funds and make it so easy for players to reverse.

I played at Unibet because of their high rating here but for Ontario maybe they don't run on the same principles? Unibet you're not going to see me reverse the withdrawl.

Playojo says I need to supply proof of income like 3 months of bank statements etc. This was asked of me before they got regulated in Ontario but now there regulated here didnt think this was still a thing. The process seems more simple in Ontario and I have not been asked to supply evidence of income untill now with Plojo.

Guys, never ever give your SIN out. It is the one piece of information that protects you from massive fraud/ID theft that will destroy you. If you give a casino your ID, bank info AND SIN .. that can be sold on the black market for quite a bit of money. All it takes is one rogue employee to destroy you.

Wow, I cannot believe they would even ask for this, just wow.

I photo of license (front/back) and a proof of address document works at ALL other casinos in Ontario. If @EGO is going to go through hoops to delay withdrawals then I think its a hard pass for me. I will wait and see if its just some training issues on their end.

If SkillOnNet is requesting any of those documents there is only one reason why. To delay.

If you are not requesting these then I apologize. If you are, then that is not acceptable in the Ontario market.

I’m hoping it’s the first option there because at one time SkillOnNet we’re amazing casinos to play at.

I have no idea what docs will be asked of individual players but I can assure you it will be within the scope of the new regulations which we (and all other casinos) are now working under in Ontario.

And If you look at a few posts above you will see casguy2016 was really happy to have received his withdrawal within 24 hrs so no delay there !

Yeah sorry I could have clarified better. It wasnt playojo. It was draftkings and BetMGM manager.

Draftkings I registered for didnt deposit or anything. Went to look around and read some terms the next day and my account is locked and says "to unlock your account please send us your social insurance number"

Betmgm the manager said since bell canada users are usually fraudsters the only way to be verified is to also send them my social insurance number

Aside from some of the fraud and lack of player protection from these casinos I just decided to close all igaming casinos.

NEVER HAS A CASINO asked me for proof of income, iam in Ontario I would tell them well can't say but get what iam saying lol
 
signed up to bet365 because of their bonus offer...never received the offer on deposit proceeded to play anyways since i could not reach anyone via live chat. lost my deposit amount and sent them a message. Received a message today saying something went wrong to do another deposit. Like i am going to make another 500 deposit (especially with the amount of games on there...wish i had checked before i assumed they had a bigger variety as i used to play there). told them i would advise iGaming ontario if i dont receive the bonus....hope i dont have to go that far...we will see

I received an email advising me to resubmit, so I attempted to resend it, but I wasn't able to upload it because the link to upload wasn't available. I contacted support through chat and email and they both say that the document is being verified, but I was never able to resubmit due to no link. I believe what they're seeing is the first document, and the page was never reset so I could resend. I am trying to withdraw my winnings, but they're making it very difficult. This is not a good first impression of Coolbet for me:mad:
