From a quick scan read It tells me nothing about parrot other than he featured in a 2010 documentary about falconry, if the story is 'pants on fire' made up, it still leaves questions as to who he is etc.. I'm not getting particularly electrified about it at this stage, but if he [or somebody else] was able to provide more evidence to corroborate things it could be interesting.

Disinformation to hurt biden and encourage Qanon fans in the US to go out and vote for trump is also a possibility.

You are right, the letter shouldn't be the only item. What it shows though is that the effort to ouster Shokin was a bipartisan endeavour, speak, it was official US policy together with the IMF, EU and other countries and not some private Biden stunt to protect his son. BTW, Portman was on the Senate committee for Ukraine policy.

Debating is most of the time about having different opinions mack.

However, once you see clear facts to a discussed subject and you keep trying to peddle the same opinion, then you are closing your eyes to the truth and it is not an opinion anymore. It is more like a desperate attempt at clinging to something you'd wish would be true.
