    Received an email from coolcat casino, I've requested my withdrawal on 7/11 and today the withdrawal dept. says they consider me an ADVANCED PLAYER therefore, I will not get my payment until possibly SEPTEMBER!!! Someone help me out here, I have no idea what an Advanced Player is. Also, can they delay my monies like that?? I think they are giving me alot of bs. Can not wait until this is finally done, so I can once and for all get rid of them off my computer just like the sister casinos. I just don't get it..

    Surely they mean ADVANTAGE PLAYER. It doesnt really matter though as they are likely to think of more excuses not to pay you come September. Max is also unlikely to assist either. Good Luck.

    chuchu you are probably right about that. Where do they come up with this stuff to tell players to delay their winnings?? I had a problem last year with them and they gave the same spiel, got paid 6 months later. Did not play there until March and won a small amount (WHY, I went back must have been a good bonus) but they paid in 15 days no problem. Until now. Thank you Laurie. I have PM'D Robert about this still waiting for his response, perhaps he's working on it. Guess I'll have to wait and see. I am soooo done with this casino and the sister casinos. I've already deleted the sisters now just waiting for payment to delete this one. I appreciate your input. Ok Chuchu, reread my email and the casino said these kind of accounts (advanced player) are reviewed within 1 month of request or 1 month after approval. I emailed them back and asked what they were talking about and to explain it to me. I don't think I'll get a reply.

    Totally unacceptable delay in payment imo (and where do they justify this sort of "advanced player" discrimination in their T&Cs?)

    I'm sorry you've encountered rogues like this so early in your online playing activity and hope you do get paid come September.

    It's a tough lesson to learn how important research is before you lay your money down, so hopefully it wasn't too costly for you.

    You see, that's the very damn reason that this bunch still exists is because folks like you gets screwed by them once but that is not enough, you have to go back for more punishment even though you knew damn well better.

    This rogue casino industry will never change as long as it has players such as you smiley, that continues to support them!! Sorry to be so harsh to you but IMO you need a serious wake up call after going back a second time..:rolleyes:

    I hope you do, but i wouldnt expect to be paid at all from this casino from what I have heard in the past.
    Personally I would not deposit a cent there, they are on the rouge list for a reason!

    Dont you see the problem here?:D You are a redepositing player and they should be pulling out all the stops to ensure you are paid immediately. The term 'advanced player' makes no sense and it's only an excuse to delay payment so that you will reverse and lose all. Next time they will call someone else a 'retarded player' and the whole circus will repeat itself. One thing is certain. They wont pay anyone unless they believe they have a good chance of them redpositing even more. Then, of course they are likely to pay the small winners first. Your small win took only 15 days while your other win took 6 months.

    Players must learn from this. if bonuses are too good to be true, they probably arent. Software issues aside, the market is flooded with excellent RTG casinos. Chuchu59's top picks are Jackpot Capital and Buzzluck. Bonuses are cashable and WRs reasonable. Then there are other ie the Rushmore Group, Club World casinos, Titan and Intertops. Even the 2 RTGs I dont really like ie Inetbet and Grandevegas wont stall your cashouts with the former having a very low min. deposit which bodes well for low-rollers. My only hope is that RTG-lovers will start to patronise these casinos leaving the rogues out in the code. If what uninformed players care are huge bonuses, cant the respectable ones match up to these with unwithdrawable bonuses say 300% - 500% and not just on signup. If the math is done correctly, the casinos still stand to gain. How I wish they can draw business away from the rogues.

    Yes, you are 100% Right!! I was quite dumb enough to give them another chance BUT, Not any more. Lesson Learned the hard way again. Already got rid of the other casinos like I said, just waiting for payment to get rid of this one FOR GOOD!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT.

    UPDATE ON COOLCAT WINNINGS

    I will be receiving my check for 1,046.00 by fed ex within 7 days. which is the overnight express . I don't get it, I thought overnight meant next day but guess not. I requested money gram or western union like I did the last time I had a withdrawal from them. But was told that it was too much money to send that way. Any ways, the most important thing is that my money is on it's way and when the check clears I will be able to close out my account with them for good. :thumbsup: I shall sit in anticipation for my check to arrive.

    I truly hope your check is really on its way. Did you get a tracking number? That would be the first thing I would ask for. My fingers are crossed x that they are actually sending it. I wish you lots of luck smiley.
