No more RTG for me.

I've had it with RTG, tonight was the last straw. Deposited $40 with a 50% bonus so had $60 to play with, got up to 150 (1000 left to wager which is impossible at an RTG lol) & then hit nothing, being a low roller i didn't go above $2.00, but mostly my play was with $0.50/$0.25 but still this wasn't enough.

I've had 20+ deposits with various RTGs & the only withdrawal i've had, funnily enough was one with a free chip which i'm still waiting for.

So no more RTGs for me.

I think i've been fair & given them a fair chance but it's ridiculous the amount you have to spend & not even go above your original budget.

I've been thinking about this, what has caused this? Why is RTG not fun anymore?
Playing RTG used to be fun a year ago, not that I won any money, but at least it was fun, entertainment.
At some point it got frustrating and boring.
The reason I gave up on it was that the winning streaks were gone.
You win some on one slot, then lose it on the next, lose even more on the one after that one, and whats left goes down the drain on the one you won on in the beginning.
Another thing that bothers me is the lack of speed, if you happen to hit 2 scatters on reel 1 and 2, you can easily go take the dog for a walk.
Enabeling quickspin, nah, only when I'm really bored, all 5 reels landing on the same time just feels...wrong.
Its like not reading a book, but only look at the pictures.

I play at 3dice, like the slots there. I tried Rival, partycasino and MG but liked the RTG slots better. It's just they are soooo tight.

Have to agree im afraid, I play and have played pretty much all software out there and none of them destroy you as much as RTG. MG you can have bad deposits and good deposits, same with playtech and rival, rtg only EVER takes. I know some people here have won RJ`s and some have had massive hits, but the vast majority of us get taken in with nice deposit bonuses and sucked dry!!!! and enough is enough. Even the best of the bunch, which ive lately found to be Buzzluck and Titan take everything. Ive made several desposits at buzzluck and Titan since they launched, never came close to cashing out, NOT ONCE! Its my own fault, this i realise. Its me who keeps on depositing there, im not being forced, its my fault, and every time, i tell myself THIS time it will be different, but it never is. Rtg to me anyway is fast fading into the realm of `potentially fun software, but never actually is` and is little more than a cash cow.

KK, I think perhaps they meant RTG games are tight, yet they still like the games better. I love RTG games over all others. My fav. is London Inspector, you can literally be in the bonus for 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately that does not mean you will when a lot, just have a bunch of spins.

After this weekend, I am removing Rushmore group, and Clubworld group. I have never had a cashout at RM in over two years of deposits. I only play slots and normally wait for the weekend 150%. Even if I get up a little, it usually goes straight to zero soon after. This weekend I played many deposits at Cherry and Rush and got creamed. Then I took all five of the 150% bonuses at Clubworld, got creamed with hardly any playtime. Enough is enough, they are gone for a few months.

I did well on Titan a few weeks back when I hit a RJ. I ashamedly pumped most of my winnings back into various RTGs, and other soft wares like 3D, and Allstars to no avail. I'm only keeping Titan and Inet for now, but have put them both on probation. ( I know they could care less, )

I've lost way more than I have cashed out on RTG, and I am just sick of the low pay/no pay bonus rounds that yield less than original bet. I'm hoping they will turn around soon.

My husband plays online poker, his deposits last forever. However, his true obsession is fantasy sports leagues. He loves them, they don't cost that much and seem to be fun for him. Maybe you can try something like that.

RTG's and 3Dice are being relegated to fun mode only. I uninstalled and closed out my account with Inetbet...I think they were the absolute worst when it came to losses.

The rest, as you say, are on probation, Allstar slots, MG's etc...but RTG's, I am keeping maybe 1-2 just to play in fun mode.

I will start saving to go to landbased casinos again, I get free rooms for multple nights , free multiple meals, free drinks and free entertainment shows etc at least..

Time to start keeping my money and put it where there IS an entertainment factor, for that is what these funds are for...not for donations...

With all do respect, how in the world would that make them better. Some of the complaints are no playtime, imo it would make your funds go even faster. Had I not used any bonuses this weekend, playtime would have been almost non existent. I use bonuses 50% of the time. Plus I don't think Silc uses bonuses, but I may be wrong.

Yes it is a choice, I just thought the OP meant the abysmal rtg play in general, the mere fact that they aren't hitting anything with or without a bonus.

I used the coupon examples simply to emphasize the fact that I had even more money to play with, yet still went quickly. I wasn't complaining about the playthrough. Actually I don't think the playthough on RTG is all that bad, if they are hitting you can make it.

I also played at Titan, and a couple of other Rtgs, where I did not take a bonus with the same result terrible playtime.

Well, RTG has not been good to me. I switched to playing without bonuses mostly, thinking perhaps that would help. Still Nada. Think I'll keep Buzzluck and Inetbet...Inetbet I have cashed out on free chips, and buzzluck has been good for freebies. I do like the Bonus Bingo, and RTG has Pick'Em Poker, which I do love. I find the way you have to move the mouse awkward though, and can't seem to play for very long.

What slotheadlizard said I like the games better. The fact that they are so tight takes away the fun playing them. By the way only hours after I posted my message I hit very nice on RTG (I still can't believe it but check the winning screenshots) so maybe I'll stick to them a bit longer

I am certain RTG have messed with their slots.

There are impossible losing streaks followed by the occasional miracle win quickly followed by another impossible losing streak.
Dogboy can yap on like an RTG Poodle until he is Blue in the face but stats are stats and facts are facts.

That said I don't see a massive difference in Returns (they were always bad) but the variance has definitely changed and as Silc posted a while back some popular games play completely differently to how they played a Year ago.

Achilles = Crap feature every time now and absolutely no retriggers unless you are on the Castle bonus then you have a good chance of hitting 3 Achilles for 10 spin retrigger, a shame you just went 800 spins without being able to hit them to trigger the Achilles feature.
I have probably played 25000 spins+ on this slot without a retrigger on the Achilles feature, hmmm.

Cleopatra's Gold= Frequent feature rounds between long droughts but hitting a decent win in Free spins is about 1/1000 now.
If it is playing well you can get some playtime but forget about a decent hit.

Ronin = Fine if it is hitting and still the best for potential feature hits but Once that first reel Ronin disappears forget it.
It will hit around 1 in 100 spins for a while and you have no chance.
Notice how all the RTG slots do this - disappearing scatters/wild symbols that suddenly only turn up about 10% of what you would expect.
Derby Dollar = front coin - gone!
Ronin = front Ronin - gone!
Achilles = front Achilles - gone!
etc etc.

Aladin's wishes = This game is now a complete joke. Almost impossible to hit 3 lamps and the chances of getting the free spins is far less than it was.

It can not just be a case of different versions having different reel strips that are changed once in a Blue moon.
The reel stop positions have to be dynamically weighted to give the repeatable results I consistently get. End of.

First Microgaming then 3dice then rival and now rtg. lol. Microgaming casinos are the best for me. Then again I have closed the vast majority of my accounts to rein my gambling in.

I was playing at intertops earlier in their red casino and I wasn't getting anywhere. For instance I would have one good hit on a slot and the next slot takes your money. Transferred my funds 40 to their green casino and promptly got up to 300 and cashed out.

Microgaming and RTG was the ones i started playing at.....must say MG was the only one i almost knew existed around 10-12 years ago.....then i played a lot on Playtech casinos....they seem to pay pretty well, but guess its the same with all of them....
Allthough ive found my way back to Partycasino, which i stopped playing at, as they never payed so well....but must say its all different there now!!! they get so many new slots now, all the good old timers from my lovely times at Intercasino..... From a slotplayers point of view I dont think there is a crucial difference in the payout ratio among the casinos of the mentioned software providers (RTG, Rival, MG, Playtech, 3Dice). Unless the player has a particular bonus advantage strategy, playing in any casino will always have a negative expectation value. Long losing streaks in high-variance games are normal and that goes not only for RTG. Its a matter of attitude. An optimistic player, who goes into an online casino and expects to "earn money", might have a wrong approach. What you can do, is to have fun depositing and betting reasonable amounts, and to find the cashout button if you hit something nice. I know I am a smartass, what I wanted to say is that probably RTG games are in the long run not bigger "moneytakers" than the games of other providers.
