I have been online gaming as long as it has been a thing.
I have been gambling at casinos online since lockdown started as I used to enjoy going to actual casinos.
Roulette is my preference.
I have had a few really bad experiences, one in particular was with Leovegas.
They still have my money as apparently it was my fault my bank changed my bank card and as instructed by the bank I disposed of it
I then literally had to trawl through rubbish to find it thanks to leovegas wanting to see a picture of it ..
This was not enough and the only other thing they will accept is a letter my bank does not provide (which they told me when I asked them for it in person) To say the whole process was humiliating is an understatement and to still have them keep a hold of my winnings was gutting.
The moral of this story is I am now a bit wary of some casinos and have joined in the hope of more experienced people being able to guide me with any issues I do come across.
I enjoy playing online, it is a shame there seems to be so many disputes I do see it from both sides and understand the emotion it brings however as a player I do see some areas where there could be better customer service and more transparency.

The casino I use now seems to be suddenly taking an interest in my gambling habits and comes on the back of winning a bit of money.

I am looking forward to reading more of what others experience and how these issues can be resolved and hope to educate myself more on some of the pitfalls of genuinely enjoying gaming online.

Hi :) You know you can take your case further right? If all they need is proof that you are who you say you are then that can be solved.
