I'm earlier this year than others picking mine. It's small, and achievable, and I've actually been doing it a little more past few weeks.

Somewhere the word please seemed to drop from my everyday vocabulary. Thank you is still there, but I find I'm making (I hope) polite requests without the word please attached.

Please forgive my recent slips all chat reps and wait staff.
