Looking through the weekly amended/issued UKGC licenses a few weeks ago, I came across bcasino.co.uk and tonycasino.com which are operated by 'GS Technology Limited'

I noticed something iffy about the licence and as it was a password protected site I set-up a monitor. Look what popped up in a very brief 'unprotected' moment

ISRAEL and using an accountant's address in UK as a maildrop address.
The UKGC must have shit in their eyes, really.

This first document makes interesting reading, as the 'Director' Youna Shamash only holds 1/25 of the shares, worth £4 at the nominal company £100 value.

Elran Nahum and Daniel Karadi have 48% each.

Nicola has no issues linking / affiliating for bcasino from the business she's involved in so you'd think that was an endorsement right?

    Absolutely fucking NOT!!!!!!!
For a start (given the good spot in the OP) ANY link to the Alpha Interactive/AffPower/Yucatan lot is a HUGE no-no!

It was only a matter of time before this lot tried to gain legitimacy via a surreptitious front business at the UKGC. I mean, would you play at a casino that has registered a UK Company in a nominal fashion with a token capital, just to satisfy one of the rules?

    Run a mile peeps!

You can see a few reviews of some casinos associated with the OP here:

So far, I've heard no negatives about the new bCasino site. The design is different from what appeared last year and all the games are running on verified IP / random number generators (I've checked them personally once a week since launch). They have live chat and telephone support up until midnight daily.

Granted, some of the terms / conditions don't favour high rollers or those wanting to take advantage of the SUB but there are far worse from 888 and DAUB sites.

When I tested them back in February the withdrawal was a day and a half before being processed. I didn't take a bonus, only cash and had a nice hit on Book of Dead.

Who are in the pit on here. :)
That doesn't answer concerns about those whom they are clearly associated with. How else do you explain your OP? The business information is a dodgy as hell for this lot too, as well as the fact that the casinos are a front for some Israelis that I seriously suspect are known to those behind Oceanbets. This lot are a disaster waiting to happen, and remember the UKGC aren't party to some of the information we are.

I sniff some serious manure here and I suggest to readers here that you DON'T become the guinea pigs for this lot.

I ended up joining bcasino recently by chance, and before reading the above. On the face it of it looks like a good casino, everything running as it should, nice design etc. They added a lot of new providers in the first few days that I joined which was nice, though no BTG sadly. Only thing which made me a bit uneasy is that in terms and conditions, they say withdrawals take 5 days etc to be processed. I managed to get this down a bit by speaking to CS, and was told it was just my first withdrawal that takes longer. My 2nd one was slightly quicker but you get the feeling that there's a big boss somewhere who has to approve the payments. The CS guys ranged from friendly to a bit clueless, and were clearly remote operators and not sat in an office somewhere together. That may be normal for online casinos so forgive my ignorance if that's the case. I also got the feeling like there weren't many players there, don't know why but just did, and I was quite relieved to receive my money. Doubt I will play there again until the outfit appears to be more 'kosher' (no reference to the Israeli owners btw :))

Yep, that's exactly what I would expect - the Curacao sites like OceanBets and 6black etc. are essentially confidence tricks and DO (slowly) pay some players based on whether they have lost enough beforehand, or if they haven't limit cash-outs to 5x deposit limit the player has set! In other words if the player has set a limit which would stop them spending back any winnings, they won't get paid! Big winners will get zilch. Given that I strongly suspect the people behind this lot are dodgy by association at least, the same attitude for pay-outs could be exactly as you suspect.

It's worth remembering that the UKGC has 3 levels of player funds protection. Level 1 (which is the basic level this lot will allegedly adhere to) is about as useful as the CEO keeping deposits under his pillow. Do NOT be fooled by the UKGC licence - numerous players have been stung and casinos folded that WERE UKGC licensed! All the license does if you're a fraudster with bad intent is legitimize your entry into the lucrative UK market and reap the rewards quicker and higher for a while, and the worthless front company then miraculously 'folds' after players don't get paid and millions of pounds are safely ensconced to Tel Aviv or Cyprus.

Out of interest (and I'm learning here), other than the fact it was previously part of oceanbets etc, is there any current connection to that group? The directors etc? I agree with you about the company registration being at the accountants, though that in itself is normal with small ltd companies. I guess you wouldn't expect to see that at a casino! Surely though the fact that they've got Netent, Playngo etc, do these providers not require the operators to have certain funds available etc? And doesn't the UKGC require all licensed casinos to have enough money to cover payouts etc?

Besides the convoluted ownership - which should not be allowed by any UKGC licensed casino IMO - they have rogue terms:

Guys - 'bCasino (bcasino.co.uk) is owned and operated by GS Technology Limited' - does anyone here know what the casino software company that is closely associated with the GameTech Group is called? [hint - you'll only find their software on the GameTech Group, Alpha Interactive Solutions Group and Equinox Dynamic Group operators - they even call it GS on their sites these days]

Well I was excluded for a month which I did after withdrawing, it expires on Saturday. I went on livechat and they told me they can't permanently exclude me until my current timeout expires which is BS! I know what I will be doing the minute that timeout expires!

Oh and something else I noticed - perhaps someone can explain. Netent games were showing a link as everymatrix? Are they using the EM platform or something? And funnily enough the Netent games seem to have vanished with the exception of Gonzo I think!

If you're a UK player that would be non-compliant with their UKGC license. Players have to be allowed to extend their exclusions immediately.

The EveryMatrix stuff just means they're getting their games via EM. There are actually quite a few groups doing that without being on the EM platform, using the EM support or being on the EM license.

Ok, so should I report them to UKGC? What else can I do if the CS won't extend the exclusion?

You're pretty much stuck with reporting them to the UKGC. The Gambling Commission won't review issues on an individual case basis so unless other players are experiencing the same and reporting it I'm not sure a whole lot will happen.
